Sehr gute Wahl, bin mit der Unterkunft absolut zufrieden. Netter Service, schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, alles modern und bequem. Straßenbahn, U-Bahn ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, Innenstadt mit ÖPNV ca. 30 Minuten. Strand zu Fuß ist 15 Minuten. Die Gegend ist auch OK, teilweise nagelneu, nach Revitalisierung. Ich würde das Hotel gerne empfehlen.

The hotel does not correspond to a four star accommodation. The rooms show signs of heavy wear and tear and in many places a renovation is overdue. The staff tries hard, but some are not sufficiently trained. the food is good.
