Đánh giá về Meliá Madeira Mare

We had a pleasant stay at Melia Madeira Mare. Things we liked: rooms are quite big and quiet, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, guests mostly adults, very few families with kids, free parking available, quality of food for breakfast and dinner, quite good cocktails, live music performances each evening. Things to improve: hotel needs renovation, our room had this smell of old furniture, AC in the room was quite strange (too cold or too warm), in the evenings it’s quite boring in hotel, more of elder people staying here. In general our experience was pleasant, thank you for the stay.

We spent 5 days here in July and August 2024. The hotel has pretty much everything you need, it is clean, the food is good, the facilities are all accessible, there is a varied program of quality activities for tourists, and the place is really enjoyable. And Madeira is simply astonishing! But Melia Madeira lives on in its former glory. There is a noticeable lack of effort to update some of the furnishings context elements. I can provide photos relevant to some significant damages found in the the room we stayed in. The situation is the same in the lobby (spots on the carpet) and I could not get in the photo the very heavy mixed smell of humidity and old in the room we have been lodged. The price paid is obviously unjustifiably high. Another vulnerability is the accessibility and signage of the rooms in the buliding body overlooking the sea/pool. Perhaps the front desk could make an effort to provide hands-on guidance instead of verbal indications or even placing (explicit) signs.

Bardzo dziękujemy całej ekipie za to, że mogliśmy spędzić tutaj 14 pięknych dni i czuć się od początku jak w domu. Przesympatyczni kelnerzy, hotel czysty łącznie z basenem i leżakami, które były czyszczone bardzo dokładnie. Pokoje również- codziennie rano pachniało czystością. Od razu było widać, że pracują tutaj wspaniali ludzie i dlatego można tutaj się tak dobrze czuć. Bez problemu udało dogadać się z każdym, porozmawiać z kelnerami nawet w swoim ojczystym języku :). Dziękujemy im za profesjonalną obsługę, za pomoc nawet wtedy, kiedy płakało nam dziecko przy stole. Już tęsknimy za wszystkimi i mamy nadzieję wkrótce tutaj wrócić. PS dziękujemy szczególnie przesympatycznym i pomocnym Panom: Lewandowskiemu i Pudzianowskiemu 🙂
