“We had a fantastic family vacation at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen. This was our first all-inclusive and the staff made it a special experience. The rooms were comfortable, well-stocked with snacks and abundant bottled waters (necessary!), cool temperature at night, extraordinarily comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and a jacuzzi on the porch. We paid extra for the family concierge service which provided us access to another lovely pool and a good restaurant where we ate breakfast every morning. They also left gifts and surprises for our kids (3 and 6) several times throughout the stay. My kids loved both the family pool with the pirate ship and the waterpark (seeing them conquer their fears was a highlight for us as well!). There are snacks and drinks available everywhere, including really great quesadillas and free gelato. The KidsDom program was really well-run; I had had difficulty finding information out about it before but my kids enjoyed spending time at the club every day, and we took full advantage of the extra activities they offered throughout the day outside of the club room (face painting, crafts, cookie decorating, pool party). The staff who run that program (I remember Edgar and Daniel, but they were all great) speak english, are fantastic with kids, good artists and have wonderful energy. My family also used the gym daily; it was beautiful and well-run. We especially enjoyed Nestor’s classes- HIIT made us sweat like crazy, and yoga in the gazebo was challenging and relaxing. I only visited the spa once, but the massage was truly wonderful (thanks Mirabel) and I wished I’d had time to enjoy the amenities more. The beach was ok, but there is a hut on the beach with good smoothies, and there are outside vendors there who you can purchase massages or take boat rides/SUP. All over the property there are these little rascals (Racoons and Coatis) who are cute and entertaining but will take food right from your plate, and even steal bags! Be forewarned.”

“We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Teacher Jazmín at Kidsdom for giving my son such an unforgettable experience with the 'Wish Launchers' activity. Hearing him talk with so much excitement about going to the beach to fly his kite is truly priceless. It is precisely these beautiful moments and thoughtful details that give us complete peace of mind, knowing our children are in the very best hands. Thank you so much for your warmth, dedication, and incredible care”
