Paradisus Cancún

This was the best experience at a resort , Miguel was the man he made the experience so much better. Brought us shots, good, and everything non stop all night best guy ever and best dinner ever. Lemon fish was the best dish.

We have absolutely fallen in love with Paradisus Cancun! The little details, especially the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, made this trip truly special for our family. The Nespresso coffee shop quickly became my daughter’s favorite spot. Not only did she love being able to enjoy warm milk and her favorite cookies at any time of day, but the staff’s kindness made it even better. A special thank you to Perla, who went above and beyond to play along when my 2-year-old came asking for a pink donut or another cookie. The way she engaged with her was so sweet, and it meant the world to us. And then there’s Alex—what a star! Watching him work was incredible. He used every second so efficiently, arranging and maintaining the shop with precision and care. The atmosphere felt brighter and more organized whenever he was around. The combination of exceptional service, friendly faces, and thoughtful gestures made this coffee shop stand out, and it’s one of the many reasons we’ll always treasure this vacation. Thank you, Paradisus Cancun, for making us feel at home. We can’t wait to come back! A special shoutout to Nestor, who truly stood out as an artist and a kind soul. He was so sweet with our daughter, making her feel like a little princess. The beautiful bracelets he crafted for the kids, along with his stunning braids and creative face painting, were such thoughtful touches that added to the magic of our trip. The entertainment team also made sure the whole family had fun. My husband joined one of their pool contests and won a fantastic jacket—a perfect and much-needed gift, as the weather was a bit chilly during our stay.

Sal restaurant is a great experience. The food is good I recommend short rib was so taste. Ignacio at Sal was super friendly and attentive.

Ignacio at Sal was the best server that I had the entire time. He was attentive and very funny. The food was also immaculate especially the short rib and elote corn.
