“Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy acogedoras. ¡La terraza donde sirven el desayuno tiene unas vistas espectaculares! ¡Pero lo mejor de todo el servicio, desde el Concierge hasta el personal de Housekeeping todos muy simpáticos y agradables! Especial mención a Gaia, que nos hizo el Checkin muy ameno y a Cristina que nos acompañó a la habitación y nos explicó todos los detalles. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos pues nos sentimos como en casa.”

Además las habitaciones son espaciosas, camas cómodas y los amenities de Bigelow nos encantan ! Los niños pueden entrar en todas las áreas🖤”

“I stayed there for a week and felt like home away from home by the great hospitality shown by all staff front desk, room service staff. They smile, greet and show you are welcomed. Breakfast was very good and the service team too. This hotel has an exceptional location with central station just a walk away. I would highly recommend it to anyone solo or families looking for stay in Milan.”

“Esperienza incredibile in questo hotel a Milano! Camere confortevoli, cucina deliziosa, ma il vero punto forte è il rooftop spettacolare: vista mozzafiato sulla città e un’atmosfera unica. Perfetto anche per chi ha bisogno di ricaricare il telefono – ogni dettaglio è pensato per il massimo comfort. Consigliatissimo!”

“Schönes Hotel, Sehr guter Service, 1A Frühstück und tolle geräumige Zimmer. Möbel an manchen Stellen etwas abgenutzt. Leider wurde in der ersten Nacht die Scheibe unseres Autos aufgebrochen. Es wäre schön gewesen bei Check in um Mitternacht die Garage zu erwähnen bzw. zu empfehlen. Aus diesem Grund fände ich das entgegenkommen mit einem kostenlosen Parken des Autos für die restlichen Nächte angebracht. Laut Hotel haben diese keinen Einfluss auf die Preise der Tiefgarage, da diese von extern betrieben wird. Abgesehen davon würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen und werde auch nochmal kommen.”
