The rooms were comfortable and well designed, offering everything I needed for a productive and relaxing stay. “Nous avons réservé deux chambres dans cet hôtel, Spacieuses et boissons gratuites à disposition dans la chambre. La literie est très bonne.Petit déjeuner copieux situé au dernier étage avec vue sur la ville. Parking souterrain à 26€ et aucun moyen de réserver une place à l’avance. Pas de dépose minute devant l’hôtel pour le Check-in. Ce serait un plus car pour se garer ce n’est pas simple. Personnel sympathique .”

“It was our first time at this hotel and the experience could not be better. From to check in to the check out, the staff was friendly and kind. We always take our dog with us and she was treated like royalty, she got a necessaire with snack, toy and absolutely loved it. We will be back soon, for sure.”

“We hebben hier een super verblijf gehad. De kamer was super netjes, wel erg klein. Maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er te vinden. Bedden zijn comfortabel, minibar was incl. Drankjes. De kamers waren zeer stil. Het uitzicht was niet geweldig, maar dat vond ik persoonlijk geen probleem. Auto was prima te parkeren onder het hotel voor 26 euro. Bij aankomst kregen we 2 gratis drankjes voor de rooftop bar. Hier hebben we ook ‘‘s avonds heerlijk kunnen eten! Personeel is vriendelijk. Op loopafstand van de kerstmarkt en het centrum. De locatie is ook echt prima.”

“Ubicación estupenda, limpieza 10, experiencia 10: en el roof top hay un wine bar que fusiona perfectamente con todo lo que ofrece la ciudad para pasarlo muy bien. Es un hotel ideal porque tiene un servicio muy amable y la misma buena atmósfera que la ciudad de Aachen. Cuenta con un gimnasio y una sauna que para los apasionados del deporte es otro 10, ya que permite mantener la costumbre de hacer ejercicio a la vez que disfrutar del descanso. Coincidió con la celebración del San Nicolas, el Hotel Manager preparó regalitos a todos los huésped, de hecho yo le vi con una camarera preparándolos y poniéndolos en cada puerta de las habitaciones del Hotel. Con esto quiero decir que cuando ves al Hotel Manager ocupándose de estos detalles, así como estando durante las cena en el bar del roof top velando por la calidad, recomendando cocteles y por la mañana en el desayuno cuidando de su equipo y los huéspedes, es que es un hotel que hace todo por dar un gran servicio a los huéspedes. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo y destacar a Jonas, Hotel Manager”
