Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Im Restaurant sind alle Wünsche erfüllt worden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichlich ausgestattet. Die Lage ist am Hafen, trotzdem schnell mit dem Öpnv in der Innenstadt.

The rooms were very nice and the location was very good. The staff on reception were ok but need to be more polite to the guests. Breakfast was very nice and we ended up just having it therexas we didn't feel that we needed to go anywhere else for it. The staff on the bar short changed us twice which was very annoying.

빈펄그룹의 멜리아는 푸꾸옥 다낭에 이어 4번째 방문입니다. 이곳 나트랑 깜란의 멜리아는 푸꾸옥보다 조식이 낫습니다. 매니저가 버틀러처럼 세심하게 챙겨주어서 편한 휴식이 되었습니다. 특징은 손님의 대다수가 한국관광객입니다.
