La situación del hotel está en una ubicación excelente, con unas vistas inmejorables desde la terraza, comedor a la sabana, hemos pasado unos días inolvidables gracias a todo el personal , que aparte de las instalaciones y el entorno lo que es destacable la amabilidad, el respeto y la calidad humana de todo el personal sintiéndonos en cada momento tan bien recibidos cuidados y atendidos así como a su director John, y la simpatía de David también tuvimos un magnífico guía-conductor Ismael , que se esforzó en que viéramos todo tipo de animales consiguiéndolo. Destacar la amabilidad de toda la gente. Será muy difícil superar esta experiencia. Gracias a todos.

Ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de nuestra vida, este hotel se encuentra en un lugar magico que esta totalmente integrado en la sabana, puedes incluso escuchar toda clase de animales desde tu habitación. El personal no puede ser mas atento y amable, te hacen sentir como en casa. Gracias en especial al general manager John y a David el jefe de recepción. Se podria decir que ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida, muchas gracias a todos y cada uno de los integrantes de este gran equipo.

Our experience at Melia Serengeti was wonderful! Its rooms are crafted with so much attention to detail and the views are simply incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed trying to spot animals in the vast field with my binoculars☺️ The service is extremely attentive and helpful. Dinner was good but the breakfast was truly incredible. I would also definitely recommend getting a massage at their spa - after a long day of safari it is all you need to relax! Overall a once in a lifetime experience staying there!

WOW!!!!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin! This lodging was perfect! Breathtakingly beautiful! My husband swears that this was the most amazing hotel experience he’s ever had! I’m so sad we were there only for one rainy night! What can I say, the service, the detail to decor in the rooms, the lemongrass smells throughout the rooms and resort, the food (!!!!), turndown service, all inclusive drinks, mini bar with red and white wine and gin, everything was simply amazing! Big shout out to Steve (Stevie Wonder) who treated us so well, as well as the manager who made sure to welcome us at our dinner. They took care to package our lunch for our safari game drive the next day which we ate in the company of majestic elephants at the Ngorongoro crater. We will most definitely be returning here! My husband said when we come back, he will not leave to go to safari, he wants to just enjoy the Melia Serengeti Lodge! I have to thank Akondo Adventures who planned our safari trip and hotel stays for connecting us to this amazing establishment! We also stayed at Melia Zanzibar and Gran Melia Arusha and stand by the Melia brand!
