“Amazing service and amazing staff. And beautiful hotel”

“We had a fantastic family stay at Palacio de los Duques. In advance of our stay we were offered assistance by the concierge via email for anything we may wish to do whilst in Madrid. Upon arrival we were greeted and given a lovely personal check in experience. The buildings and the grounds are beautiful, the rooftop and it's seasonal pool give a great view over the city and the Royal Palace. It's location is good with most things walking distance, and public transport and the hotel van service for anything further afield. The bedrooms are spotless and well stocked with water and toiletries. We ate breakfast daily at the hotel which was great quality with a good continental selection plus a menu to order dishes from. The staff all go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect with your stay at the hotel. From the professional greeting the staff give you to the doormen having a laugh with our children, to the guest experience team checking everything is going well with your stay. We would love to return to this hotel next time we visit Madrid. Thank you.”

“I was there to research the place for an article I was writing. Konstantin (Front Office agent) was incredible; he took time out of his schedule to show me around and explain to me every little part of the hotel, which was incredible in every facet.”

Supongo debe ser una costumbre árabe, pero es muy entrañable. Está todo de primera y con un gran gusto”

“Любимый отель, уже третий возвращаемся в него. Уютные номера со всеми удобствами, в этот раз правда немного шумел кондиционер, но так как в номере было тепло и без него просто выключили. Шикарные завтраки, хорошее меню в течении дня. И конечно обожаемый мной шоколад с апельсином. Очень удобно устроены семейные номера, может быть две или три спальни с одним коридором и гостиной, при этом отдельными ванными”

“Gran hotel, centrico y exclusivo. José guest experience de la zona Level, nos explicó todas las partes y servicios del hotel y estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros. Cualquier cosa que necesitamos. Nos recomendó el restaurante del hotel y quedamos encantados con la cena. El personal de recepción también muy amable , en especial José , una persona muy cercana y agradable.”

“Один из лучших отелей, где приходилось останавливаться и однозначно то место, куда хочется вернуться. Настолько шикарный отель, что не передать словами. Произведение искусства! Сплошное эстетическое удовольствие! Номера - супер комфортные, эргономичное пространство. В ванной - и душевая, и полноценная ванна. Каждой деталью интерьера всего отеля хочется любоваться. На территории - пышный старинный сад. Потрясающие завтраки, с обилием овощей, фруктов, зеленой спаржей, всевозможными йогуртами с гранолой, свежевыжатыми соками, полезными смузи, блюдами из яиц в различных вариациях, хамоном и тд. Ходила на процедуры в СПА после рабочего дня, заслуживает внимания. Здесь отдыхает и тело, и душа. Настоятельно рекомендую к посещению!”

“Una experiencia increíble!! Tenia ganas de probar el Palacio de los Duques y la verdad es que ha sido todo un lujo!!! Visito Madrid con frecuencia no solo a nivel laboral sino que también de vacaciones y el Meliá Palacio de los duques se ha colocado en Top1 (los hoteles que voy son también de 5 estrellas). Mención especial a todo el personal. Un verdadero placer poder compartir estos momentos con gente tan profesional y amble. Al personal del "Level" y en particular a José Gutiérrez un sobresaliente por su cariño y amabilidad durante toda la estancia con nosotros. Sin lugar a dudas recomiendo al 100% y por supuesto que regresaremos en breve.”
