Pros: The room and hotel was really nice! It had modern decor in the hotel, the suites were spacious. When we walked in the room, it smelled great and was nice and clean. One complaint was the window by one of the beds had a sheer curtain so it let in lights from outside. We requested blankets because the room didnt heat up warm enough, but we were given blankets and were comfortable. Cons: The service was lacking. The shuttle is supposed to run every 45 minutes. We waited 90 minutes for a shuttle to the hotel from the airport, and that was after multiple calls from several of us waiting outside in the cold. They kept telling us it was coming. When we told the reception on arrival, he didnt really say anything and didn't address our frustration. They handled the shuttle better going to the airport as you had to book your time slot.

Muchas situationes con Iberia con los vuelos que son de un destino a otro sin suficiente tiempo, me he alojado en Paris, Ámsterdam, Bruselas y todo es bonito por fuera pero sus instalaciones son pésimas. Al llegar a este hotel, cansado, me sorprendio como es tan espacioso, amables en recibirnos y su buffet cierra a las 11 pm, toallas limpias, cuarto limpio, se puede caminar sin tropezar, yo lo recomiendo, el detalle es el shuttle que esperamos 2 horas pero llegamos, si desean algo economico, cómodo y limpio, este hotel es altamente recomendado.🙌🙌👍🏼

Agradable hotel, atención muy buena, te dan solución de inmediato a tus necesidades. Habitaciones amplias y en buen estado, de resaltar la limpieza en las habitaciones y su desayuno muy rico y variado. Nos encantó y volveríamos a repetir

El hotel es perfecto si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto. Cuartos cómodos, buenas camas y toallas. Hay pava eléctrica y te y café de cortesía. Tiene un restaurante bueno con comida variada y buena atención.No se pierdan la torrija de postre.
