Paradisus Los Cabos - Adults Only

We celebrated a milestone Anniversary and Birthday with a week long stay at this beautifull all-inclusive resort. Ashley at guest services took care of arranging reservations and coordinating everything to make memorable celebrations. Service at the mutiple restaurants was exceptional. Elisa also helped with dinner reservations in addition to greeting us each morning at the extensive breakfast buffet. We enjoyed each restaurant. Sal, has extra charges, but well worth the cost IMO. At Ceilo Angela and our server Hugo arranged a birthday dessert surprise including a huge sparkling candle, song and dark chocolate cake! The food at Sante was perfect including the octopus and salmon. Our room was maintained by Rosario and the team that kept the room beverages and snacks well stocked. Everyone at the pooi was great: Kevin and Servando helped locate and setup our cabanna each time we wanted a day at the pool. Max, Angel and Jazmin brought ample drinks and food. The person leading Activities did a great job reading the audience and reaching out to everyone. From check-in to all the wonderful service, meals, activities and people we met throughout this week we've had a great time and are very glad to have discovered this treasure along the Pacific Ocean.

Servando of Paradisus was excelente. Always on top of our needs, super friendly, and just a pleasant gentleman over all while we were staying at the poolside. Look for him if you need a poolside cabana after 1100. 😇

Kevin, Carlos and Severano were excellent ambassadors, ensuring everything we needed poolside was set and ready. Juliet was a fantastic concierge and for 2 years in a row, she ensure our experience was top notch! Thank you!

Jesus from the activities team was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, energetic, and made everything so much fun from start to finish. You can really tell he loves what he does—he made everyone feel comfortable, included, and excited to participate. His positive vibe and great attitude truly stood out and made our experience unforgettable. Thank you, Jesus, for going above and beyond—you’re the best!
