“Excellent hotel and the best I have stayed in Vietnam. Very stupidly I realised upon arriving very early and trying to check in that my tired self had booked the wrong date (1 day ahead). The staff were very helpful in resolving the issue and within an hour it was all sorted and I only had to pay a tiny bit extra. This was nice and was able to use the pool and gym before checking into my room which was immaculate. They even managed to put the World Cup game on at 3 o clock in the morning for me on the big TV in reception and were very accommodating. Staff and service were excellent, rooftop bar was excellent and the rooftop bar was excellent. Special shoutout to Marta at the rooftop bar who went above and beyond giving us recommendations for local places. She deserves a promotion! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.”See more reviews
