Allerdings ist es ein schlechter Witz das man für 2 Übernachtungen in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage 80€ zahlen muss. Dafür hätte ich ein gewaschenes Auto erwartet😂 zumindest ein Rabatt für Hotelgäste sollte machbar sein”

“I booked this hotel as a surprise for my wife, and I was very happy that the hotel was able to arrange everything for me. Of course, there was an additional fee, but the way they prepared the surprise was absolutely fabulous and extravagant. We truly enjoyed it and really appreciated the effort they put into making the occasion special. One thing I did notice, however, was that some of the staff did not seem very warm or welcoming. The housekeeping staff were wonderful — every time we saw them, they always smiled and greeted us, which made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, we did not experience the same level of friendliness at the reception. There were times when we were not greeted or even welcomed with a smile. I believe that in the hospitality industry, a simple smile and a friendly greeting can make a big difference to a guest’s experience. I hope the reception team can be encouraged to be a little more warm, approachable, and accommodating in the future. I also had an uncomfortable experience when I called the reception because my wife was not answering her phone. I simply asked if they could please connect my call to our room. Before doing so, however, the receptionist kept giving possible explanations, such as saying that maybe she was no longer in the room or had already left. I had already explained that I had tried calling her several times without an answer, so I was only asking for the call to be transferred to the room. I felt that the situation could have been handled more simply and professionally, without unnecessary assumptions or excuses. As a guest, I would have appreciated a more helpful and accommodating response. Overall, we still had a lovely stay, and we are very grateful for the beautiful surprise arrangement and the efforts made to make our stay memorable.”

“Ich war zu Gast im The Level. Es ist eine absolut tolle Erfahrung und der Service ist in allen Belangen absolut überragend. Trotz allem war mein Aufenthalt aber nicht ganz perfekt und ich möchte hier mal ein paar kritische Sachen erklären. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, auch wenn sie ausgeschaltet ist, da intern scheinbar irgendwas weiter läuft? Für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf also nicht geeignet. Der Fernseher ging mehrfach überhaupt nicht wurde aber immer schnell gefixt. (AirPlay geht übrigens überhaupt nicht) WLAN ist super langsam selbst mit Premiumzugang. Aber es gibt scheinbar gar keinen Unterschied zwischen Premium und „Normal“. Frühstück ist super und das Personal erfüllt alle Wünsche. Jedoch sind die Brötchen sehr altbacken oder hart und eine richtige Müslibar mit Joghurt oder Quark gibt es nur bedingt. Der Roomservice ist mit 13€ Gebühr aber völlig überzogen.”
