No one could be surprised that this wonder of nature is one of the most visited natural attractions in the world. The tropical rainforest in Iguazú National Park is home to more than 2,000 species of plants and numerous native animal species. It’s the ideal place to feel at one with the earth, to close your eyes and be carried away by the mist and the sound of the water. At the heart of the park is the waterfall that gives it its name: Iguazú, at over 80 metres high and 2,700 metres wide forms a natural border between Argentina and Brazil.

The official currency is the Argentine peso. Although it used to be popular, it is now strictly forbidden to throw coins into the falls.

The official language is Spanish. English is also widely spoken with visitors.

The climate is mild throughout the year. Temperatures range from 15⁰C to 26⁰C.
