The place was peaceful and the staff were very helpful. They noticed it was my birthday and later sent a personal letter and a cake, which was much appreciated. Note! We had a wonderful family stay at Kobi Onsen Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the onsen. The hot spring baths were incredibly soothing and a great way to unwind together as a family. We also tried the mud bath, which was a fun and unique experience that left our skin feeling refreshed. We especially loved feeding the koi fish. It was such a simple activity but brought so much joy, and it made the whole place feel even more special and family-friendly. The food was another standout. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good variety of dishes and fresh ingredients. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and was a great way to start and end our day. Overall, Kobi Onsen Hotel provided a relaxing and memorable family experience with great facilities, enjoyable activities, and excellent food. We would definitely love to come back again in the future

世界広しといえども、ここまで日本まるまるの温泉はなかなかないと思う。日本では高級旅館ってランクの感じ（一泊２万円台）で、清潔感やおもてなしは日本の旅館を超えるレベル。 日本のお硬い接客とは違うが、ベトナム人女の子のやわらかでフレンドリーな接客はかなりありがたく、おもてなしを表してる。 日帰り入浴は3000円と高価なものの、露天風呂は3つも浴槽があり、全て源泉かけ流し。36℃〜40℃まで温度別の浴槽があり、しかも日本の温泉旅館と違って長湯する人が少ないのでお風呂が空いているのもポイント。 白いにごり湯の硫黄泉で、内湯にはジャグジーやサウナまである。あがったあともプンプン匂う濃さで、硫黄好きにはたまらない。 更衣室は鍵のかかるロッカーがあり、無料の水もある。湯上がりどころにはおしゃかわなスイーツがあり、ケーキやゼリーも500円ほどなので、全然食べても🆗な価格なのが嬉しい。 施設の清掃も完璧で、温泉以外の場所の雰囲気も良い。中に入ったら日本語だらけで、もう帰国したんじゃないかと勘違いするほど。 日帰り入浴はkkdayなどでチケットを買うことができる。 行きはgrab（170kくらい）で良いが、帰りはコツが必要。 結構外れにあるため、基本的にはここにチェックインする客が使った車の帰りを捕まえることになる。日本と違って素泊まり客がそれなりに居て、街中で夕食を食べた客が１９時くらいにチェックインラッシュとなるため、その時間にgrabを呼べば即捕まる。そうじゃない時間に行くなら、ローカル配車アプリのザインも入れておき、時間に余裕をもてば帰れないということはなさそう。
