Trong đó, tôi đặc biệt muốn gửi lời khen đến bạn Thảo tại nhà hàng Alma – người đã hỗ trợ tôi rất tận tình, chu đáo và luôn giữ nụ cười niềm nở, khiến trải nghiệm của tôi càng thêm trọn vẹn. Tổng thể, đây là một chuyến đi vui vẻ, thoải mái và đầy ấn tượng. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại Huế và tiếp tục lựa chọn nơi đây cho những lần lưu trú tiếp theo.”

“We had a room on the 21st floor which had an incredible view. The room itself was also exceptional, so spacious and light with full length windows across two sides of the room. The king size bed was massive and super comfy Bathroom was very nice, massive shower and separate bath tub. Plenty of toiletries provided for duration of our stay. The room also had a mini fridge and 2 complementary bottles of water were provided each day. lotel itself was very nice and luxurious throughout. The lobby was huge with lots of spaces to sit. There was also a Starbucks in the lobby which was pretty cool. As we've come to expect from travelling across Vietnam the staff are impeccable and go above and beyond to help you. Location was decent, about 10min walk to the main 'strip walking street), about 1 5 min walk to the river but also very easy to get a Grab/Taxi from and to the hotel Skybar is also quite cool, views from 33rd floor were prett impressive. The hotel is huge with 33 floors and a skybar above that. As a result we did often end up waiting quite a bit for a lift whenever leaving/returnina to the hotel. This is despite there being 4 or 5 lifts.”

“AC didn't work. The ceiling fan periodically makes a knocking sound causing us to wake up. (Room 2004) If we were staying more than 1 night, we would've changed rooms, but we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Not a great first impression for the hotel, but we let the front desk know when we checked out in the morning. Otherwise, staff is fantastic, location is great, and we would probably stay here again.”

“This was a gorgeous hotel and offered the calm and relaxation we needed in between the hustle and bustle of our holiday. The room was gorgeous, the staff were friendly, the pool was wonderful and the food was delicious. It definitely was a 5* hotel and we are looking forward to staying in other Melia hotels.”

“Impeccable room and service. Good value. The swimming pool is a bit too hot to get in given the climate. The only complaint: I wish there was an easier way to fill up water rather than having to ask the staff. Location is central enough but a bit of a walk to more touristy areas and restaurants.”
