“Great location sea views from our room amazing people there were all really nice we was lucky with the weather 25 in February. We went on a boat trip bit disappointing as didn't see the dolphins but chose a booking outside of the hotel. Nice Spa local and beach clubs and the hard rock cafe lots of posh shops. No complaints really apart from the wifi and data service from my work lap top missed a meeting. The buffet food was nice as all inclusive. Not much chose for cocktails but the beach bars local have a good choice of cocktails. Towels on sunbeds all day some days not enough sunbeds perhaps need some more. The entertainment team was really good lots of activities. Good location for pick up to exclusions days out. The monkey park is local we had a taxi pick up. Ideal family hotel relaxing.”

“English: This hotel is truly a pleasure. I traveled alone and I really want to compliment them. Even though it is a large hotel, everything is very well organized and runs smoothly. My room had a sea view and it was spacious. The cleaning service is excellent. The breakfasts are very good, and the hotel location is also fantastic. One of the best things is that there is a great walking and running path right in front of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it with confidence.”

“I stayed here mid February with my mum for her 60th birthday. I dont normally write reviews but felt I had to share my experience. To be very truthful, I read the reviews and was very close to paying extra and changing hotels, I even emailed Easyjet to see if this would be possible. I am so glad we didn't! When the coach pulled up to drop us off, I thought we must of been in the wrong place! The reception area was clean and spacious with a clear view of a great pool area & the beach. The reception staff were very friendly & welcoming. We stayed in Block A room 303 and I was pleasantly surprised with the room too, it was clean, big enough and not half as dated as I prepared myself it to be! It's definitely not newly renovated and could do with an update, but my understanding is that that is in the pipeline. Due to reviews, as soon as we got in, we checked the bed for bugs, we stripped both beds just to be sure and found no evidence of anything, nor were either of us bit. The bathroom was very big with the option of a shower or bath. We stayed half board and the food was great. I'm a vegetarian and had so many healthy options, I didn't see any cross contamination with utensils either. All food was labelled clearly so I could tell what I was eating. They had a selection of different milks for tea and cereal too, dairy, oat etc. The hotel is right on the beach front & the pool is very well maintained. We had no issues at all with the noise at night, you can hear music but it sounded distant and with the TV on we couldn't hear hardly anything. There's also English channels in the TV. There's a reasonably price shop attached to the hotel, they give you sugar for free too which is nice:) Definitely bring an extension lead, I did and was glad of it. They do sell them in the hotel shop too though. Sol Tenerife exceeded my expectations & I would recommend this hotel & hope to come back soon”

“IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!!! My daughter loves food and was so happy because the food there was very delicious. The pool was neither cold or warm, it was the right temperature and the service was very nice; you could get reusable cups by the pool bar which is very good for the environment!!! I will recomend to my friends and family.”

“I was here with my mother and 8 years old brother. Hotels rooms seems like an really old. But everything is clean. I saw one little cockroach in the night at the table and that's all. Workers here are the best. I mean, my little brother would rather stay here than go home. Everyone was so nice to him and he liked everyone there. Every evening they have special show. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's a little bit boring. In conclusion, I liked that hotel. Really miss everyone from the stuff. If someone from you guys reading it - YOU'RE THE BEST! I want to come back to your sunny place, especially when I'm right now in Ukraine, where a lot of blackouts every day. Miss this place and really happy that I staied here <3”

The outdoor swimming pool area is simply fantastic — spotless, spacious, and with such a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. Whether you want to unwind under the sun or enjoy the lively holiday energy, it’s the perfect setting. We spent hours there and loved every minute. “I stayed at Sol Tenerife for the second time from 20th January to 5th February this year, and once again, I had a wonderful holiday overall. First and foremost, I cannot praise the entertainment team highly enough. Daniel, Noemi, Nadia and David are truly exceptional at what they do. They are the biggest asset to this hotel. They are knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and completely professional and consistently positive at all times. The fitness classes are fantastic, with a great variety on offer to suit different abilities and interests. I particularly love that many of the classes take place in the garden area – it creates such a calm, retreat-like atmosphere that makes the sessions even more enjoyable. The team bring such positive energy to everything they do; they are upbeat, motivating, and always manage to put a smile on your face and lift your mood no matter how you’re feeling. They are genuinely the heart of the hotel and a huge reason I continue to return. Their energy and enthusiasm enhance the guest experience. The evening entertainment is also diverse and enjoyable and well worth staying in the hotel in the evening to watch and get involved in. The bar and restaurant staff are also excellent - welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. During my stay, I unfortunately had an issue in the restaurant with another holidaymaker who would not leave me alone. A special mention to Alberto, the waiter from the restaurant, who handled the difficult situation quickly and professionally, ensuring I felt safe and supported. I was incredibly grateful for how seriously he took my concerns and how promptly he resolved the matter, he handled the situation with outstanding professionalism. His response was exemplary and made me feel safe and supported, which means a great deal when you are away from home. In terms of the hotel itself, there are areas that would benefit from a cosmetic upgrade, particularly around the pool where some of the paintwork is beginning to deteriorate. However, this did not prevent me from enjoying my stay, and I would not describe it as a bad hotel at all. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. I had a significant issue with my room, as dirty toilet water was leaking onto the bathroom floor. Despite reporting this three separate times, I was not offered a room change and felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I ultimately had to go through Jet2 to have the situation resolved. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially as the rest of the hotel staff are so attentive and professional. I would give the entertainment team and bar staff 5 stars for my experience I have had and genuinely cannot praise them enough. However, it is a shame that the front of house experience lets the hotel down. Front-of-house staff are the first point of contact for guests, and in this instance, they failed to provide an acceptable level of service. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic seafront location and I’ve never had any issues despite Veronica’s being next door. Overall, it’s a great hotel, and in particular, thanks largely to the incredible entertainment team, they are the reason I continue to book this hotel. I have already booked my next two holidays here and genuinely cannot wait to return.”

“Siamo tornati x il terzo anno, la camera è pulita e la usiamo solo x dormire quindi ok. Il servizio al ristorante eccellente tutti bravissimi..cibo buonissimo (mangio solo carne pesce verdure) colazione ottima, grande varietà! Posizione ottima x il mare e camminate. Unica pecca ci vorrebbe più controllo ai piani soprattutto di notte, non è sufficiente una guardia sola. Torneremo tutti gli anni !!!”

“Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa de principio a fin, pero si algo nos llevamos de este hotel no es solo el sitio, sino sobre todo las personas que lo hacen posible cada día. Las instalaciones están muy bien, el hotel está frente al mar y el bufet es variado, pero lo que de verdad marca la diferencia, y lo que hace que este viaje haya sido inolvidable, es el equipo que hay detrás. Nos hemos sentido como en casa desde el primer momento, y eso no es algo que se consiga fácilmente. Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a David, del equipo de animación de Sol Tenerife. Es una persona única, cercana, implicada y con un corazón enorme. Nos ha ayudado en todo: planes, recomendaciones, dudas… siempre con una sonrisa y con unas ganas increíbles de hacerte sentir bien. Gracias a él, el viaje no ha sido solo un viaje, ha sido una experiencia única que no olvidaremos jamás y que guardaremos con mucho cariño. También destacar a Dani, otro chico de animación, al que mi amiga y yo llamábamos “un ser de luz”. Su alegría, su gracia, su sonrisa constante y su buena energía hacen que cualquier día mejore automáticamente. Y a Noemí, un encanto de persona, dulce, cercana y siempre con esa sonrisa contagiosa que te alegra la estancia. Y por supuesto, no podemos olvidarnos de Alberto, Rai, Mónica, Betty y de tantos otros trabajadores que, uno a uno, hacen por conocerte, por ayudarte y por conseguir que tu estancia sea lo más feliz posible. Da igual lo que necesitaras: siempre estaban ahí, con una actitud impecable y un trato humano que hoy en día es difícil de encontrar. Este hotel está muy bien por su ubicación y por sus servicios, pero sin esta gente no sería lo mismo. Ellos le dan un plus enorme, un valor incalculable. Son personas que no deberían dejar escapar, porque no solo hacen bien su trabajo, sino que dejan huella en las personas. Nos vamos con el corazón lleno, con recuerdos preciosos y con la sensación de haber formado parte de una pequeña familia durante estos días. Sin duda, repetiremos. “Egy hetet töltöttünk el a szállodában. Közvetlen a tengerparton csodálatos környezetben. A szobánk szép és tiszta. Naponta takarítás. Erkély minden szobához tartozik. Kilátás gyönyörű a tengerre és a városra. A szobák hűtővel, víz forralóval és TV vel vannak felszerelve. A TV nem okos így nem tudtunk magyar nyelvű műsort nézni mobilnetről sem, és a wifi sosem volt elérhető. A szálloda nem luxus, egyszerű de minden adott a kikapcsolódáshoz. Az étkezés svédasztalos. Az ételek nagyon finomak, választékosak és sokféle. Mindenki talál a kedvére valót. Minden este volt zenés program a szállodában. Sportolási lehetőségek, billiárd, tenisz, stb... A város elég nagy, de lehetőség van motort bérelni, amit a szállodához szállítanak. Rengeteg program lehetőség, kirándulás közül választhattunk. Éjjelente kicsit hangos a környéken lévő bároktól, a zene éjjel 2 ig szól. De ez egy buli negyed, erre legyen felkészülve aki ide utazik. Az egész környék ilyen. Nagyon sok bazár, étterem, üzlet van a környéken. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunk.”

“Had a lovely stay at Sol Tenerife. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are welcoming, and the location is perfect—right by the beach with plenty to do nearby. Great value and a very enjoyable experience. Hotel is close to Veronicas Strip, so it can be noisy at night—but perfect if you enjoy nightlife.”

“Если вкратце: удобное местоположение, дружелюбный персонал, вкусная еда и уютный номер. А если подробнее, то: отель расположен на берегу океана, и с его территории можно выйти на променад который идёт вдоль пляжа. В 20м от входа магазин, где сразу закупаемся водой, т.к. везде на Тенерифе, воду из под крана пить нельзя! Вокруг расположены бары, рестораны, магазины и прочие радости построеные для траты ваших денег. Это как плюс, так и минус, т.к. ночная жизнь круглосуточна, и если вы едете что бы выспаться, увы, "наслаждаться" музыкой будете до утра. И, если у вас попались шумные соседи, то... стены тонкие.. очень тонкие. Если надо куда то, и не хочется идти, такси приезжает, практически, мгновенно. Точки сбора на экскурсии находятся в пределах 5-10мин хотьбы. Говоря об экскурсиях, у самого входа в отель находится одно из таких бюро, предлагающее экскурсии( список экскурсий, походу, везде более-менее одинаковый), как на английском, испанском, немецком так и на русском языке. В зависимости от вашего пакета, в отеле есть завтрак, обед и ужин. Шведский стол. Выбор большой, но больше ориентирован на западного туриста. Местного, как такового, в меню нет или почти нет. Если завтрак каждый день практически не меняется, то меню ужина весьма разнообразно. По поводу напитков, на обед и ужин если у вас не "всё включено", то только вода. А так и газировки и спиртное. Номера небольшие, уютные. Есть холодильник и телевизор. Балкон. На территории отеля находятся 3 бассейна, бар, площадка для занятий и сцена. В холле бильярдные столы и зал на случай дождливой погоды, который используется крайне редко. На каждый день недели есть своя программа развлечений. Персонал проводит занятия спортом и аэробикой, как на площадке, так и в бассейне. А так же соревнования. Дартс, пинг-понг и прочее. Каждый вечер на сцене идёт небольшой концерт. Если вы говорите по-английски, должно понравится. Если нет, то мероприятия придётся пропустить. Отель в целом расчитан на британцев, поэтому английский язык здесь основной. По-испански, вас, разумется, тоже все поймут.:) Провёл здесь почти 2 недели. Не считая шумных соседей, всё понравилось.”
