“Rooms are very nice and modern. Great comfortable bed and nice pillows. Rooftop bar looks nice. Reception staff were amazing. When we needed extra towels and our safe wasn’t working the reception staff came up to help.”

“I stayed here for 5 nights in January 2026 with my friend on holiday to Tenerife. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. There is a mini fridge with 2x water 2x soft drinks for free which they refill daily for you. There was kettle and mini fridge and tea bags but no mugs had to ask at front desk they gave me paper cups to use. The location is perfect so many shops and restaurants walking distance. I didn't eat breakfast here so can't review the food. The hotel restaurant is closed on certain days so you need to check. There is a roof top bar but pool was closed during my stay. The toilet door and shower door is glass. And are both separate however there is no main door on entrance to bathroom so if you are travelling with business partners or friends you may need to consider the lack of privacy. There was no view outside my room. The hotel was very quite at night. But in morning the cleaners make noise and will wake you while they talk loudly and bang the mop and trolley down the corridor. Over all very nice hotel and staff was helpful when asked to book a taxi for us. They also have a very small gym no treadmill you can use. Price and location is great.”

El hotel es nuevo, muy limpio y está ubicado en la mejor zona de Santa Cruz. Además, el trato del personal ha sido exquisito; en especial Sebastián, que se ha portado de manera excepcional con nosotros.”

“Super Lage. Unmittelbar an der Fußgängerzone, alles Interessante Fußläufig machbar. Schöne Bar und Pool auf dem Dach. Der Pool taugt allerdings nur fürs erfrischen, ist recht klein. Liegen sind vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind super, die Betten hervorragend. Großer Fernseher mit einigen deutschen Programmen vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist klassisch Süßkramlastig. Gutes Brot und frische Semmeln, Seranoschinken, soweit alles da. Der Kaffee ist allerdings unterirdisch und als solches nicht zu bezeichnen. Schade eigentlich denn das trübt den Gesamteindruck. Personal freundlich aber unterbewertet, kommt nicht immer nach. Wir waren über Silvester da und sind begeistert von der Stadt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen und auch in dem Hotel absteigen.”

“Hotel molto moderno, confortevole, “coccolano” i clienti, in camera ogni giorno acqua fresca e bevande free nel frigo bar. Personale giovane, accogliente e veramente disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Soprattutto Veronica al desk, parla anche italiano, sempre a disposizione per consigliarti ristoranti, spiagge, location etc… La colazione a buffet abbondante e a richiesta anche Vegan e per celiaci. Veramente un ottimo hotel in posizione centralissima!!!”

“In a nut shell: Excellent Stay in the Heart of Santa Cruz. The hotel is right at the edge of the main pedestrian streets of Santa Cruz. It’s a lovely area full of restaurants, cafés, and plenty of shopping (according to my wife, very much worth it). There’s also a beautiful square directly across from the hotel entrance (Plaza del Príncipe de Asturias), full of trees, greenery, and shade. Both the beach and the port are within walking distance. The hotel itself looks new and modern. Our room was spacious, full of natural light, and had a nice view of the ocean. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, and shower is a treat. Towels and toiletries were all very high quality. The room had air-conditioning, a safe, very strong and stable WIFI, and a minibar with complimentary two juices and two bottles of water which are refilled daily. Breakfast was varied and well prepared, with many local options. There were plenty of places to sit, several coffee machines around the room, and you can squeeze fresh oranges on the spot. Service throughout the hotel was excellent : at the reception, in the dining room, and from the cleaning staff. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have its own parking. You can look for free street parking nearby, but it’s difficult, and many areas are restricted. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking garage: €18 per day with unlimited in and out access, and it’s about a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Considering the location, the room quality, and the breakfast, even with the extra parking cost, the price is very reasonable.”
