“Por la maravillosa ubicación y las vistas. Por el confort de las habitaciones. Por la limpieza. Por las instalaciones estupendas en zonas comunes (hall, salones, jardines, gimnasios, etc). Por las magníficas piscinas, con diferentes estilos y usos. Por el excelente nivel de la restauración (un desayuno espectacular). Por los extras del servicio level. Y finalmente y -sobretodo- por el staff: un equipo de profesionales que trata a cada cliente con un nivel de amabilidad, dedicación y detalle que hace de estancia una experiencia inolvidable. Mencionar al frente del equipo guest a Gemma y a Silvia, siempre atentas a los clientes para hacer de nuestra estancia algo especial y personalizada.

“Negativ:Bei Ankunft wurde uns eine falsche Kategorie vom Zimmer gegeben ,als wir sagten das wir ein
Level Zimmer gebucht haben wurde uns dreimal gesagt das es nicht so wäre,wir zeigten dann nach einer Weile unsere Buchung, danach wurde die Dame ganz klein und verwies uns an ihren Kollegen, da sollte man die Buchung besser prüfen, den so fängt kein Urlaub gut an.Am Ende der Reise beim Checkout wurde auch behauptet das wir ein Getränk aus der Minibar hatten und an der Bar auch Getränke auf Rechnung hätten, kann nicht sein bei Allinklusive, es wurde dann auch gleich rausgekommen,Minibar ist bei diesen Preisen nicht inklusive, Man versteht den Sinn dahinter nicht!Man kann sich Getränke Flaschen von der Level Lounge mitnehmen. Es sollte auch besser geschaut werden das nicht Level bucher dort einfach so liegen ohne dafür bezahlt zu haben.
Positiv: Ein schönes Hotel,tolle Zimmer,gepflegt und sauber, Rituals Pflegeprodukte .Gutes Essen, alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Level Pool kann man gut schwimmen er ist auch tief,im unteren Pool ist der Boden defekt,schwarz gefleckt und nicht tief.Aus dem Hotel raus kann man gut zu Fuß zu einem kleinen Supermarkt und Restaurant gehen,ein kleiner teurer Shoppingcenter ist in der Nähe.Ein kleiner Tip Auto mieten und zur Siam Male fahren tolle Geschäfte wie Zara Springfield ,Calcedonia usw.auch ein Supermarkt und Essens Möglichkeiten vorhanden, mit dem Taxi kommt man für ca 15 Euro hin,für zurück wartet man über eine Stunde auf ein Taxi.
Im Hotel ist abends immer Livemusik die sorgen für Stimmung und Spaß, gute Sänger und Sängerin, danke für die tollen Abende.Zur Zeit ist es sehr windig und abends sehr kalt,warme Kleidung mitnehmen. Danke an das Hotel für meine Geburtstags Überraschung, hat mich sehr gefreut über die Geste.”

Adults only.
20 minutes by taxi from the south airport.
V quiet, peaceful and with stunning views.
10 minutes walk down to the town / 30 minute walk back up!
Large ish BUT never felt overly busy or that staff were too busy to help when needed.
Fab food / great drinks
5 star staff: esp: Marena, Natalia, Nicola, Lara, Lisbet, Julian, Angel and Carlos - plus Ivan the trainee.
Our room 604 - was always kept spotless: thank you to great housekeeping staff. You work so hard.
In short - go! You won't be disappointed. It's fabulously well run, the staff go that extra mile, it's quiet, peaceful, everyone is welcomed, the views are amazing, it's a quick transfer to the airport, yet you don't get any noise from the aircraft.
If you can, do the Levels - it's worth it.

“Hôtel avec un confort remarquable. Hébergés en suite junior, la chambre est spacieuse avec une terrasse. Le confort de « adult only », rend l’hôtel calme et reposant.
Restauration de qualité et nombreux plats.
Piscine est grande, des transats toujours accessibles.
Le personnel est très accueillant, avec une attention particulière pour Morena qui a toujours le petit plus pour une photo, le placement de table, l’effort de parler français, etc.”
