Tischleuchte defekt !!! Licht im WC flackerte ,Seifenspender in der Dusche fast leer !!! Fahrstuhl mit Karte nicht zuverlässig ,Karre nach einen 1/2 Tag schon defekt !!! Super Frühstück !!!

The experience at Paradisus Palma Real has been surreal. Our room was beautiful and clean with new sheets and towels everyday. Another of our favorite spot was the ginger bar. It has a great atmosphere and has been an amazing experience. Our bartender Antonio was such a great person to talk to he joked around and knows how to make a great Mocaccino 👍. The crew, Olga, Domingo, Maria, and Clari were also so amazing and welcoming. The welcoming staff and our personal concierge Rosemary was top notch. She answered our questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure our accommodation and requests were met. Our favorite restaurant was Flora and our now friend Andrea was also amazing, we had great laughs and conversation. So far this place has been amazing to my husband and myself and created an amazing experience on our first ever resort trip. 10/10 I recommend. My only suggestion is to have someone update the activities board on the days some of the activities are canceled or changed due to wheather reasons. Also, during the activities, a person to get the crowd and the vibes going would be awsome.
