“what a beautiful experience here with our family! this is definitely a family focused hotel, although to be fair we did go during the spring break week. the families are all very nice and it is a very nice vibe. the hotel facility itself is a little dated but everything else they offer more than makes up for it. the service is outstanding and every staff member was so kind, helpful and genuinely wonderful. the food and drinks were fresh, clean, delicious. the buffets change the food everyday and adults and kids will have more than plenty of options for each meal. fruits/veggies here are to die for. so fresh and delicious. the pools and all the grounds are super clean and manicured which is very hard to do with that many guests! i just wish there was louder and more consistent music by the main pool. the water park for kids is so fun and exciting for them. the nightly shows had popcorn and drinks every night and they were all 10/10. we really looked forward to the shows each night i was so impressed with the quality because shows at these resorts are usuallly not high quality. the icecream and popsicles are insane. the best icecream ever!!!!!! there are daily kids activities throughout the resort. the beach club has a DJ and bar which is SO fun. it has tulum vibes. this place is heaven on earth and we will definitely be back. they do such a great job managing this resort and i look forward to recommending it to all our friends. we are grateeful for the family trip we got here.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights, and overall it was a great experience. Overall there is a lot to do, but I have to say, the resort has a strong emphasis on catering to kids. They have an adult side, but if you have a kid, you can’t go there. I would have liked to see a few more things that cater to all (IE: live music in the lobby), but overall, I can’t complain. The food at this place is very good. I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts and this is near the top. They also have a ton of food options. I had a great experience with the drinks too, but particularly Raymundo, Angel, and the staff over at the Celsius Pool Bar really stood out. The extra care they put into the cocktails really showed in the result, very well put together drinks and very smart fast pace service for a busy bar. I was very impressed, they were amazing to deal with!”

“Tuve una experiencia excelente en Paradisus Playa del Carmen. Desde el primer momento, las áreas del hotel me parecieron espectaculares: cuidadas, amplias y con una atmósfera perfecta para desconectar. Quiero destacar especialmente la experiencia gastronómica. La cena en el restaurante Sal fue simplemente increíble, tanto por la calidad del producto como por la ejecución de los platos. “La verdad hemos pasado días increíbles, Paradisus se acomoda para todos los gustos y necesidades, aunque estuve en La Perla (solo adultos) que por cierto siempre estuvimos atendidos y nos sentimos muy bien asesorados en cada momento , también pude apreciar las comodidades que tiene la parte de familias, albercas con juegos y un water Park para niños, y volviendo a La Perla desde la habitación, el servicio ,los detalles, reservaciones de actividades y cenas , servicio de los meseros y hostes muy bien!! , y en cuanto a guiarnos para actividades los chicos de guest services siempre fueron acertados con lo que queríamos hacer, en fin sentí que fue un sitio para de verdad olvidarte de tus rutinas y venir a pasarla súper, nos vemos pronto Paradisus !!!”
