“We stayed 1 week all inclusive in September. The previous reviews don't do it justice. Rooms are cleaned daily, lovely pool area, gorgeous food and fantastic reception staff. Lots of choice on all inclusive drinks, a token is given on check in for all your drinks around the pool. Pool area - there are 2 pools, struggled to get a sunbed. These were often taken as soon as the pool area opened at 8.30am. The entertainment team are worth their weight in gold, the greatest showman show was a particular highlight. In the restaurant, tables are cleared quickly by friendly staff and always managed to get a table at peak times. We never felt overcrowded or had to queue. Points to consider..... - our room door looked like someone had tried to get into it. This hotel is right next to the strip so presumably they have younger groups staying at certain times in the year. This looked like it was most likely caused by something like this rather than anything malicious - the hotel overlooks the strip so you can imagine the noise is quite loud. However, this didn't effect my sleep once the balcony door was closed - the air conditioning worked a treat, it doesn't look like the digital modern ones I've seen in other hotels so could possibly benefit from some modernisation (the screw fell out of the fitting) - the freezer compartment in our interconnecting room was frozen up and didn't have a door on it. It didn't bother us because we didn't use it. These might look like a lot of negatives, but these were small and didn't take away any enjoyment from our holiday. We would definitely return! The personalised note at the end of our stay was a lovely touch, thank you xx I don't normally review hotels but as an independent travel advisor, I know its just as important to share positives as well as negatives. Its well known that people only leave a review when they've had a negative experience.”

“Seen so many bad reviews so we weren't expecting a lot however we were very surprised. The entrance to the lobby seemed like an underground car park but after a few days it started to make sense. It's open and on lower ground as this alloes for cool air flo. You can see why it's done like this. Check-in was very standard and we were later in the evening so we dropped our stuff to the room and went straight to the food hall. The selections offered were great and varied through the week. Plenty for all and unlimited drinks. The evening entertainment was cheesy but good family fun and with all inclusive there's lots of drinks including mocktails.... Which we didn't see until the last day but look in the menus. Pools were good and they have a salt water one. The Sun loungers are stacked up and we never had a day were we couldn't get one. Not always next to the pool but always some where. Don't miss out on the exercise and stretching clubs..... Well worth it and the staff are great. I think all the recent bad reviews are people in the summer holidays. There is also a back gate with card entry that leads to the long beach promenade. Worth checking out and we even walked down to a few things from the hotel. There at some clubbing noise in your rooms but expected from a hotel on the strip. Ends around 2am and never noisy in the morning. Check out was easy and transfers were from the main enterance by the shop. Great over all and would highly recommend.”
