“Estoy aquí de vacaciones y temia la cosa peor por los comentarios negativos.... Os digo una cosa, el hotel está bastante bien. La gente que se queja de tonterías como si la cortina está rasgada, si hay un azulejo con una grieta, que te ven en el baño desde la galería(mentira),que no hay limpieza(limpieza al detalle es lo que hay) ...etc es la misma gente que se mete en el ascensor y no saluda. Es decir gente que no viene a estar de vacaciones sino a criticar. La comida, hay cosas que están mejor que otras como en todos los sitios. Es estupendo, las vistas son INCREIBLES y por la noche espectaculares. El personal es encantador. Los que se quejan tanto luego cuando reformen el hotel a ver si vienen a pagar el triple o mucho más por la estancia.... Eso sí a mejorar si es posible por favor poner neveritas....el agua de Tenerife sabe muy mala y aquí tienes que beber agua si o si, entonces gastas en agua del bufet y en agua del super más de lo normal..
