“Un hotel bastante bueno en relación calidad-precio, aunque necesita algo de atención y renovación porque se nota el paso del tiempo. Las habitaciones son enormes, algo que se agradece muchísimo, aunque precisamente por tener tanto espacio se echan en falta más detalles de decoración y equipamiento: cuadros, espejos, una nevera mejor equipada, etc. La sensación es un poco de “mucho espacio y poca decoración”. El servicio es muy amable y atento, las vistas son espectaculares, el desayuno es realmente excelente y la zona de piscina está muy bien. Otro aspecto que creo que podrían mejorar es el aprovechamiento de los espacios comunes. Hay zonas enormes prácticamente vacías. Por ejemplo, el área destinada a los espectáculos nocturnos tiene apenas 4-5 mesas pequeñas y 2-3 sillones en un espacio de más de 200 m². Con una mejor distribución, decoración y ambientación podría convertirse en una zona mucho más agradable y aprovechable. Y dejo una fotografía porque creo que una imagen dice más que mil palabras. Durante nuestra estancia vimos a un huésped llegar prácticamente a última hora del desayuno y llenar una bandeja con una cantidad de comida completamente desproporcionada para llevársela a la habitación. Además, el trato hacia el personal nos pareció bastante desagradable. Lo más llamativo es que, según nos comentaron, buena parte de esa comida termina desperdiciándose. No creo que sea una cuestión de ser cliente habitual, Platinum o tener cualquier otro tipo de consideración especial: el respeto hacia el personal y un mínimo de sentido común deberían estar por encima de cualquier condición de huésped. Sería estupendo que el hotel cuidara este aspecto tanto como cuida la atención al cliente. En definitiva, un hotel con muchísimo potencial, buenas instalaciones, habitaciones muy amplias, un desayuno excelente y unas vistas magníficas. Con algo más de inversión en decoración, mantenimiento, aprovechamiento de los espacios y control de determinadas conductas de algunos huéspedes, podría subir varios puntos de nivel.”See more reviews
