“This was an EXCELLENT hotel! We stayed there 3 nights. I can’t say enough good things about it - we had a large suite overlooking the bay and it was beautiful and pristine! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Breakfast and pool were lovely as was the beach. JJ who worked the front hotel area helped me out immensely in a pseudo emergency where I couldn’t find my 2 teenage children and he was so attentive, calm and helpful and checked up on me after we found them. Also, Christian was so lovely and helped us out many times with our bags and suggestions for the area. There was a lovely hostess every morning who remembered us at the restaurant. A+ hotel! 10/10!”

“Zel by Meliá Mallorca | Mai 2026 | Besuch ohne Übernachtung Ich war nicht als Gast — ich habe das Zel im Rahmen eines Tagesbesuchs mit meiner Freundin kennengelernt, Gespräch mit dem Team, Rundgang durch die Anlage, eigene Fotos. Das ist wichtig zur Einordnung, ändert aber nichts an dem, was ich gesehen und gespürt habe. Die Terrasse direkt am Wasser ist der Moment, in dem man versteht, wofür dieses Hotel steht. Liegen mit Blick auf die Bucht, Strand direkt darunter, keine Hektik. Das Beso Beach Restaurant dahinter — Rattankugeln unter einer Kassettendecke, Meerblick durch Glasfronten, gedeckte Tische die nach einem Abend aussehen, nicht nach einem Mittagessen — hat eine Atmosphäre, die man so nicht oft findet. Die Lobby und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche haben diesen warmen, wohnlichen Charakter, den Zel konsequent durch alle Häuser zieht. Keine Hotelkälte, keine Designarroganz — eher das Gefühl, bei jemandem mit sehr gutem Geschmack zu Hause zu sein. Wer Mallorca kennt und das Zel noch nicht — ein Besuch lohnt sich, auch ohne Übernachtung.”
