“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Victoria Gran Meliã und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Service und Personal sind außergewöhnlich, das Hotel an sich sehr schön und man merkt, dass sich viele Gedanken um Ambiente und Wohlfühlen machen. Das Frühstück ist großartig und bietet eine unglaubliche Auswahl. Herzlichen Dank an Ana Luisa, die uns morgen mit Herzlichkeit und guter Laune begrüßt hat - ein extra großes Dankeschön für die kleinen Spanischlektionen und die Ermutigung, weiter fleißig zu lernen. Alles Liebe!! Nicht weniger Dank gilt Desiree, die ebenfalls sehr geduldig mit unseren Sprachkenntnissen war und uns immer schnell und auf's Herzlichste bewirtet hat. Dass sich andere Gäste in den Bewertungen nicht unbedingt positiv über die Geräuschkulisse der nahegelegenen Straße geäußert haben, ist grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar, liegt jedoch in keinster Weise in der Macht des Hotels. Eine zentrale Lage geht mit ein wenig mehr Umgebungsgeräuschen einher, und der ein oder andere Verkehrsteilnehmer nutzt offenbar gern PS und Dezibel seines Gefährts aus. Wir haben dennoch sehr gut geschlafen und uns sehr gut erholt. Vielen herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!”

“Lovely hotel and having a great stay. We were welcomed by Laura who showed us around, very kind and wonderful young lady. The hotel’s view to the cathedral is something we really love. The rooms are beautiful as well as the hotel. Also the staff are very friendly helpful and attentive. Especially Olympia, Martin, Carlos, Arancha, Alicia and Layla from the restaurant, red level and reception. They go up an beyond to make sure we are well taken care of”
