“El hôtel está muy bien ubicado,puedes ir paseando hasta el centro pasando por la marina Las habitaciones son normales,cama cómoda, me hubiera gustado una bañera en vez de la ducha estando en una guest premium. La habitación no tenia vista directa a la marina pero igual se veía bastante bien desde la terrazita. El personal muy amable y eficaz ,tanto a la recepción como a la piscina y la limpieza Volveremos, gracias Piscina”

“Hotel muy bien ubicado, frente al puerto de Palma. Dispone de habitaciones amplias, vistas al mar, piscina y spa. El buffet de desayuno estuvo a la altura, con productos variados y algunos locales, además de una zona de cocina en directo. No obstante, durante los cuatro desayunos de mi estancia, no pude pedir una tortilla francesa cocinada en directo, porque las dos cocineras se daban la vuelta para evitar interactuar con los clientes. Esta actitud nunca la he visto en ningún otro hotel. En cuanto a las instalaciones es cierto que la limpieza podría ser más exhaustiva, y algunos detalles mejorables como el estado de los marcos de puertas y espejos. Pero aún así, valorando la experiencia en su conjunto, y especialmente el trato excelente recibido por parte de todo el personal Meliá, mi valoración global es de cinco estrellas. Una estancia muy agradable y un hotel de calidad al que volvería.”
