Nous avons passés 9 jours en famille à cet hôtel , et nous sommes vraiment heureux de avoir choisi cet établissement pour les vacances d'été, tout d'abord personnel en général très amaible et accueillant, les animateurs au top, les espaces communs formidable, le spectacles chaque soir pour les enfants et adultes simplement incroyable, le petit déjeuner et dîner du soir buffet à volonté. Pour mes prochaines vacances, je nhesiterai pas de choisi le même groupe hôtelier Meliã.

We stayed here for 2 weeks 20/08/2024-03/09/2924. My opinion is the staff are very helpful and service overall extremely good. Location is good , pool is big but not very deep so adults can't dive in. Of course kid friendly but then what's the point of the 2 kids pools? My opinion biggest problem with this hotel is the food quality. Cold beans and eggs for breakfast and evening meal many choices but either cold or under cooked. Needs sorting

Hotel di grandi dimensioni, con molto ospiti, gestito in modo impeccabile! Pulito, ordinato, nel complesso silenzioso, con grande varietà di colazione e di cena. Camera un pò piccola ma pulita e luminosa.

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel. 1 The food was varied and delicious, both for breakfast and dinner 2 The hotel is clean and smells good. 3 The location is very good. 4 The pool is large and spacious. 5 There is a daily activity program at the pool. 6 The activity staff were very friendly and powerful. Raúl was a kind, cheerful, and very friendly person who created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere by the pool and during the activities. He also recommended nice places to visit in Palma. Thank you, Raúl, for making our trip more enjoyable. Unfortunately, you weren’t there on our last day at the hotel, but i wish you all the best. 7 The hotel is comfortable, with shower facilities available before and after check-in, and there are plenty of lounging and seating areas.

Una estancia espectacular, mención aparte para el señor “Márquez” en la barra de la piscina, por más personas como el, en atención y educación 👏🏼
