“Hemos tenido la oportunidad de alojarnos en el INNSiDE by Meliá Alcudia y la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Viajamos cuatro personas junto con nuestro perro y disfrutamos de una estancia muy agradable. El hotel destaca por sus instalaciones modernas y cuidadas. La piscina es amplia, muy bonita y está excelentemente ubicada, con zonas espaciosas para relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente. Además, valoramos positivamente la presencia de DJ durante las noches, lo que aporta un ambiente agradable y dinámico sin resultar excesivo. Queremos destacar especialmente la hospitalidad del personal. Todos los trabajadores mostraron una actitud profesional, amable y atenta en todo momento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bien atendidos durante toda la estancia. Como observación constructiva, nos gustaría señalar un aspecto relacionado con la seguridad y privacidad de las terrazas de las habitaciones. We also appreciated the presence of a DJ in the evenings, which created a pleasant and lively atmosphere without being overwhelming. We would especially like to highlight the hospitality of the staff. All the employees were professional, friendly, and attentive at all times, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. As a constructive suggestion, we would like to point out an issue related to the security and privacy of the room terraces. The terraces are separated by wooden panels that act as dividers; however, these panels stop short of reaching the outer edge of the terrace. This allows a dog to access the adjacent terrace with relative ease, and similarly, a person of slender build could easily move from one terrace to the other. We believe it would be advisable to review this design to enhance both guest privacy and security. Overall, our assessment is very positive, and we thank the hotel team for their attentive service. We would certainly recommend this establishment for the quality of its facilities, its ambiance, and the excellent service provided by its staff.”
