“We had a pleasant seven night stay at Alcudia Innside Hotel, our second stay with the hotel group. On our first day, the hotel felt a little sterile and we were not quite sure what to expect. However, as the week went on, we really appreciated how attentive and friendly the staff were. They were consistently kind, helpful and welcoming. I usually do not have particularly high expectations when it comes to hotel food, but both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh, generous and varied, with plenty of fruit, meat, salads and other options. An extra bonus was the staff, who were genuinely lovely and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The main downside for us was the dinner time. Dinner started at 7:30 pm, which was simply too late for our two children, aged five and one and a half. By then they were already very tired. Starting around 6:00 or 6:30 pm would have been much better and would have left more time to enjoy the evening afterwards. Another issue was the evening entertainment. Two or three times during our stay there was live music or a DJ playing in the restaurant area near the entrance. The music itself was actually very good and created a nice atmosphere. The problem was the lack of sound insulation. The glass doors provided almost no protection from the noise, and as our balcony faced the other pool, we could hear the music very clearly in our room. It sometimes felt as if we were sitting in a club until around 10:30 pm. The kids' club was an absolute highlight of our stay. Christian and Sinthia were enthusiastic, caring, creative and genuinely engaged. Our children loved spending time with them. It was also really convenient for us as parents to have the kids' club and the pool just a few metres apart. One drawback was that the kids' pool area had virtually no shade. Some shaded areas would have been a significant improvement. The location is however excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. Overall, we had a very good stay. Nice rooms, good cleaning, excellent staff and food that exceeded our expectations. The late dinner, evening noise and lack of shade around the kids' pool were the main drawbacks, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.”

“The innside by Meliá is by no doubt one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in , especially in Alcudia. The rooms are nice and spacious , equipped with everything you need and the beds are extremely comfortable. The room service was exceptional with towels , water etc being replenished more then enough and the room was always made spotless on every return. The hotel itself is presented extremely well and looks amazing especially on the grounds , the pool was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The only thing I'd say could be improved is , the deck chairs out on the balconies can be a bit uncomfortable and could be ideally swapped with something more comfy , other then that the hotels a 10/10 and I'd more then happily return upon revisiting Alcudia and would definitely recommend to anyone coming here.”
