“Great amenities and exceptional service recovery, despite an initial room issue. THE GOOD This property has a fantastic central location. The room itself was lovely, featuring a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. We also really enjoyed having a drink at the rooftop bar during the rainy weather. There is a small pool and sunbeds up there as well, which look great for sunnier days. THE HICCUP & FEEDBACK We booked a Superior Double Room, checked in earlier in the day, and went out to explore. Since we took our room key with us, the power was off while we were out. When we returned in the evening, we found the AC completely broken and acting only as a fan. The initial front desk response was unfortunately reactive. I had to explicitly ask for a portable fan, request bottled water, and ask for someone to physically check the unit. Having to problem-solve the issue myself added unnecessary stress to my holiday. At a premium price point, staff should be trained to proactively offer these comfort measures the moment a critical failure is reported, rather than waiting for the guest to ask. THE RESOLUTION This is where the hotel earned its stars back. Paco from the night shift not only helped that first night, but actively advocated for us behind the scenes, promising us something nice to make up for the trouble. Daytime manager Xisca (Francesca) brilliantly followed through the next day. She personally apologized, ensured the AC was fully repaired, and comped our dinner and drinks to make up for the uncomfortable night. BOTTOM LINE A true 5-star stay is flawless, so having to troubleshoot my own room on night one costs a star. However, I am giving a strong 4 stars because of the great facilities and how perfectly Xisca and Paco handled the resolution. Because of their teamwork and care, I would gladly stay here again knowing they make things right.”See more reviews

“I recently stayed at Innside Hotel. The room was small but fine for two people. The minibar was free and restocked daily. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a lovely spread. The location is fantastic—very close to the city center. The room could have had better lighting, though, as it wasn't great. The bathroom was really nice, though, with excellent water pressure. The pool is in the spa section and costs an extra 10 euros per day, this was disappointing. The staff was also very friendly. Overall, a great stay!”See more reviews

“J'ai adoré l'hôtel. La dame au check in trop gentille et souriante. Check in rapide. La chambre très propre et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le mini-bar est rechargé tous les jours. La réception très sympa et répond à favorablement à nos demandes ( trop cool ils ont gardé nos valises toutes la journée lors de notre départ). L'emplacement est idéal ! Tous les bus sont à quelques minutes y compris le bus de l'aéroport A1. J'ai logé dans la chambre 309 au trois etages. Le petit déjeuner complet et de qualité . Le check out aussi rapide que le check in . Le personnel très aimable. A refaire. (Translated by Google) I loved the hotel. The lady at check-in was so kind and smiling. Check-in was quick. The room was very clean and housekeeping was done daily. The minibar was restocked every day. The reception staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests (they were so kind to store our suitcases all day after our departure!). The location is ideal! All buses are just a few minutes away, including the A1 airport bus. I stayed in room 309 on the third floor. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Check-out was just as quick as check-in.
