“Super Aufenthalt im Meliá La Palma Ich habe eine wirklich schöne Woche im Meliá La Palma verbracht und fahre mit einem sehr positiven Gesamteindruck nach Hause. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das hervorragende Essen und die Getränke. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich, alles frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich auf hohem Niveau – vom reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet über die abendlichen Buffets bis hin zu den À-la-carte-Optionen. Das Personal war ein absolutes Highlight. Überall super freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend – vom Empfang über die Restaurant- und Poolmitarbeiter bis hin zum Housekeeping. Ich habe mich wirklich willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön dafür! Der beheizte Außenpool war jeden Tag ein Genuss. Die Temperatur war perfekt, das Wasser klar und die Liegeflächen einladend. Ich habe dort viele entspannte Stunden verbracht – ein echtes Wohlfühl-Highlight. La Palma selbst hat mich total begeistert. Die Insel ist grün, ursprünglich und bietet tolle Wanderwege, schwarze Strände (Vor allem in Puerto Naos oder Playa Nogales) und einen der schönsten Sternenhimmel Europas. Das Klima ist einfach angenehm: mild, sonnig und nicht so drückend heiß wie auf manchen anderen Kanareninseln. Perfekt für Entspannung, Naturerlebnisse und erholsame Tage – und deutlich ruhiger und authentischer als Teneriffa oder Gran Canaria. Zu drei Punkten habe ich konstruktive Anregungen, die das Hotel noch weiter verbessern könnten: 1) Die durchgehende, relativ laute Lounge-Musik im Restaurant, am Pool und in der Lobby stört die entspannte Urlaubsatmosphäre. Es wäre schön, wenn die Lautstärke insgesamt etwas reduziert oder in manchen Bereichen darauf verzichtet wird, z.b. am Pool. 2) Die laute Turbinen-Lüftungsanlage, die alle 5–6 Minuten für 1–2 Minuten anspringt (Hörbar im Zimmer), ist ebenfalls ein Thema – vor allem nachts oder in Ruhephasen. Eine leisere Lösung würde den Komfort spürbar erhöhen. 3) Und bei der Nachhaltigkeit: Andere Hotels (z. B. Iberostar auf den Kanaren oder auf La Palma die Hacienda san Jorge) sind bei Solarstrom und Batteriespeichern schon deutlich weiter. Eine Umstellung auf erneuerbare Energien mit Speichertechnik wäre eine tolle Weiterentwicklung und würde perfekt zum nachhaltigen, naturnahen Image von La Palma passen (Das durch die großen Dieselgeneratoren ad absurdum geführt wird!) Insgesamt kann ich das Meliá La Palma aber sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Die vielen positiven Aspekte – vor allem das tolle Essen, das freundliche Team und der schöne Pool – überwiegen klar. Mit diesen drei Verbesserungen wäre das Hotel noch ein Stück besser!🌴”
