“W apartamentach spędziliśmy dwa tygodnie w okresie wielkanocnym za pośrednictwem Biura Podróży Itaka. Pobyt oceniamy bardzo dobrze. Apartamenty, to ciąg dwupiętrowych budynków znajdujących przy Hotelu Melia. W przeciwieństwie do hotelu, apartamenty są znacznie większe. Osobna sypialnia, pokój dzienny, kuchnia wyposażona w naczynia oraz środki czystości. Przestrzeni jest naprawdę dużo. Jest to bardzo dobre rozwiązanie np. dla grupy przyjaciół lub rodziny z dziećmi, bo łóżka i szafki są lekkie, łatwo je przenieść i urządzić apartament pod siebie na czas pobytu. Apartamenty były sprzątane co trzeci dzień wraz z wymianą ręczników. Drobne rzeczy jak skrzypiące drzwi zostały naprawione tego samego dnia. Właściwie jedynym mankamentem podczas naszego pobytu był dosyć słabo działający Internet hotelowy, który często się rozłączał. Dla gości podróżujących z Biurem Podróży Itaka ważną informacją powinien być fakt, że pokoje, które zakontraktowało biuro znajdują się na parterze i nie oferują innych widoków niż na pokój sąsiadów z naprzeciwka. Pokoje mają kategorie i zmiana pokoju w recepcji na pokój wyższej kategorii, to koszt około 200 euro za tydzień. Natomiast osoby przebywające w apartamentach na własną rękę miały dużo większy wybór lokalizacji pokoju z widokiem na basen lub na ocean. Mimo, że na korytarzach bardzo często można było spotkać karaluchy, to standard i czystość obiektu oceniamy bardzo wysoko. Do apartamentów należą dwa baseny z podgrzewaną wodą. Z trzeciego basenu w budynku głównym hotelu goście apartamentów korzystać nie mogą. Mieliśmy wykupioną opcję dwóch posiłków, co szczerze polecamy. Jedzenie było wyjątkowo dobre i bez oszczędzania na produktach. Zarówno na śniadaniach jak i na kolacjach spory wybór wysokiej jakości mięs, serów, owoców. Napoje do kolacji są dodatkowo płatne około 3-4 euro/os. Warto mieć tego świadomość. Goście hotelowi, to przede wszystkim Niemcy i Hiszpanie z kontynentalnej części kraju. Lokalizacja hotelu lepsza na wyspie być nie może. Tuż za płotem znajduje się największa piaszczysta plaża na La Palmie z czarnym drobnym piaskiem. Są sklepy, restauracje i można poobserwować lokalne życie w miasteczku. Jest gdzie wyjść w ciągu dnia i wieczorem. Parking hotelowy kosztuje 11 euro/doba, ale w pobliżu hotelu bez problemu można znaleźć miejsce parkingowe przy ulicy.”

“Sehr schöne Anlage, mit mondän wirkenden Eingang. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Kleinigkeiten werden sofort erledigt. Eine quietschende Tür, eine tropfende Dusche nach der Meldung hat es 5 Minuten gedauert bis jemand da war. Eine weitere Decke, kein Problem. Es gab eine Küche im Appartement mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Kochutensilien. Der Pool ist gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und variantenreich. Beeindruckend waren die viele Omelettevariationen, Honig aus der Wabe, viele Brotsorten, viel Obst, frische Waffeln und Pancakes. Es ist ruhig und man kann das Meer sehen und hören. Das Hotel hat zudem einen umfangreichen Fitnessraum, Massageräume, Restaurant, einen schattigen Garten und einen sehr schönen Pool. Jedoch nur für Hotelgäste benutzbar, nicht für Gäste der Appartements. Neben dem Hotel ist einer der schönsten Strände der Insel. Mit einem schönen kleinen Ort, samt Spar und deutscher Bäckerei. Teils sind noch CO2 Melder installiert und im Ort sind einige Kellerräume gesperrt und werden belüftet, als Nachwirkungen des Vulkanausbruchs 2021. Dankenswerterweise gab es keine Dauerbeschallung, was in anderen Hotels als Animation gilt, danke dafür. Es war ruhig. Es gibt ein Animationsprogramm am Abend in einem eigenen Raum der Lobby und dadurch ist es in den Appartments nicht hörbar. Zudem gibt es abwechslungsreiches Programm von Yoga, Malerei- und Spanischkurse. Für Kinder gibt es auch eine wechselnde Animation. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist atemberaubend schön und teilweise spannend. Es war aber alles OK und gut fahrbar. Durch die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen dauert die Anreise vom Flughafen jedoch ca 1 Stunde. Abstriche: * Leider kann man den Pool mit Meerblick nur als Hotelgäste benutzen. Anschauen und einen Kaffee trinken geht aber. * Die Frühstückssituation ist sehr laut, wenn viele Menschen gleichzeitig den Kampf ums Buffet antreten. Die Kaffeemaschine macht nur halbe Tassen und damit ist häufig anstehen nötig für Kaffee oder Tee Wasser. Das ist vermutlich üblich in Objekten dieser Größe. Update: kurz vor Ostern scheint sich das Hotel zu füllen. Die Warteschlangen zum holen eines halben Kaffee am Automaten dauert nun schon im Schnitt 5 Minuten. Die leckeren Omelette oder Pancake gibt es auch nur noch nach anstehen, obwohl sich niemand über die Maßen nimmt. * Parken ist möglich, kostet in der Woche 77€. Die auf und Abfahrt führt durch eine Bananen Plantage und ist größtenteils einspurig , was Ausparken und einparken zum Geduldsspiel macht. Parken ist nur für die Gesamtzeit des Aufenthalts, nicht für einzelne Tage möglich. * Nachbarn kann man sich leider nicht aussuchen. Man hört diese leider, wenn sie die Kleiderschrank Tür hin und her schieben oder jemand aufs Bett springt. Die Wände sind scheinbar schlecht Schallisoliert. * Neben dem Hotel ist eine Kläranlage. Wenn der Wind schlecht steht gibt es schlechten Geruch. * Es gibt viele Stellen , die Renovierung bedürfen oder zumindest neue Farbe. * Da das Publikum auch ältere Menschen und auch Leute mit Kinderwagen sind, ist es nicht gut nachvollziehbar, warum der Zugang zum Strand nur eine lange Treppe, von der 4. Etage ist. Alles in allem: ein sehr schönes Hotel. Gepflegt und man kommt relativ gut zum Strand. Man kann sich ausruhen oder einen der vielen Ausflüge oder Wanderungen unternehmen.”See more reviews

“Buen alojamiento que complementa la oferta del hotel Meliá cercano. Apartamentos amplios, bien equipados (dos televisiones), cocina, baño, etc bien de precio y con aparcamiento cercano (bien en la calle de acceso o reservando en el hotel). Cómo cuestión particular, veníamos de una cancelación a ultima hora por parte del que iba a ser nuestro hotel y Nerea y su ayudante en recepción , nos dieron una muy cálida bienvenida y fueron muy atentas y profesionales a nuestra llegada tras un largo día de caminata.
