“Nous revenons d'une semaine en famille avec une enfant de 11 ans et nous sommes très ravis de cet hôtel ! Voici quelques points positifs et négatifs afin de permettre aux futurs vacanciers de se faire un avis : Les + : - chambres spacieuses et quelle surprise nous avions vue mer en latéral sans aucune demande et en plein mois d'août - personnel sympathique dans son ensemble mais une mention particulière à Tanya qui est relativement adorable et passionnée par son métier ( vous la retrouverez à l'accueil du restaurant où encore au bar l'après-midi qui propose des gâteaux) - l'accès direct à la rue animée qui permet les soirs d'alterner entre spectacles ou petites sorties en ville. - la plage est belle et nous avons quasiment toujours trouvé 3 transats et un parasol. -La restauration est très bonne et variée et toujours bien présentée, nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir lors des repas - le snacking sur la journée est également très bien ( paninis, pizza, hamburgers, frites, granitas, glaces) - les 3 restaurants (italien, bulgare et americains) sont à tester avec une préférence pour les 2 premiers - L'endroit est beau et bien entretenu - L'équipe d'animation est jeune et motivée sans être invasive ! Les - : - Le gros point négatif restera pour nous la température de la piscine...alors que nous ne sommes pas frileux...nous en avons du coup très peu profité... - Le personnel dans son ensemble ne parle pas français et peu allemand ( il faut se débrouiller en anglais) - Le restaurant ferme tôt (21h) Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances en Bulgarie ! Nous vous conseillons vivement cet hôtel !”

“S dovolenou v tomto hotelu jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Je to hotel zaměřený na rodiny s dětmi, takže s tím počítat. Hezké pokoje a celkové prostředí a zahrada. Navíc jsou součástí tři tobogány a lanový park. Milý a vstřícný personál, příjemná a komunikativní delegátka (c.k. Alexandria) a oceňuji i práci animačního týmu, který měl připravený pestrý program pro všechny věkové kategorie. Byli opravdu milí. Děkujeme. Velký výběr jídel, které byly velmi chutné. Pouze pláž je pro tak velký hotel spíše menší, takže byl někdy problém najít volné lehátko. Moře bylo krásně čisté.”See more reviews
