“Много голям хотел с много гости, но имаше достатъчно място в общите части и ресторантите, не беше гъчканица. Храната беше разнообразна и вкусна. Басейните бяха много чисти, а шезлонгите – удобни. Най-много ме впечатли персоналът в ресторанта – бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви. На частния плаж на хотела имаше достатъчно шезлонги. Местоположението на хотела е чудесно. Определено ще се върнем отново.”

“מלון מאוד גדול ומפנק שירות מנומס וסבלני ממוקם ישירות לקו החוף עם מעבר דרך בירכות פארקים מתקני מים במת הופעות עד לקו החוף שם יש את כל הדוכנים האין סופיים, היינו בחודש 7 מזג האוויר היה מושלם האווירה היית חגיגית גם בגלל העונה וגם שזה יצא עם המונדיאל כך שכל ערב היה מלא באנשים שמחים פאבים ובארים מלאים הטיילת מלאה והאווירה נפלאה”

“Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Meliá Grand Hermitage dal 12 al 19 settembre 2026, questa struttura a Golden Sands rappresenta un vero angolo di paradiso per chi cerca relax e comfort assoluto sulle coste della Bulgaria. La Struttura e la Posizione: L'hotel è imponente, elegante e circondato da spazi curatissimi, a pochissimi passi dal mare. La posizione è strategica: comodissima per raggiungere la spiaggia in un minuto, ma al tempo stesso ben isolata e tranquilla per garantire il massimo del relax. Le Camere: La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era eccezionalmente spaziosa, luminosa e pulita in modo impeccabile ogni singolo giorno. Il letto era comodissimo e il balcone offriva uno spazio perfetto per godersi i momenti di tranquillità a fine giornata. Anche il bagno era ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Ristorazione e Formula All-Inclusive: Il livello della ristorazione ha superato le mie aspettative. Il ristorante principale offre un buffet vastissimo, abbondante e sempre diverso, con un'ottima qualità degli ingredienti, capace di spaziare dalle opzioni internazionali alle specialità locali. Anche l'offerta nei vari bar della struttura è eccellente: cocktail, bevande e snack sono sempre disponibili durante il giorno, serviti con rapidità. Clima, Mare e Piscine: Viaggiare a metà settembre si è rivelata una scelta vincente. Abbiamo goduto di condizioni meteorologiche perfette, soleggiate ma senza il caldo afoso di agosto, e soprattutto di un'acqua del mare sorprendentemente mite e accogliente. Le piscine dell'hotel sono immense, pulitissime e circondate da un numero più che sufficiente di lettini. Il Personale: Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff. Dalla reception, rapida ed efficiente al momento del check-in, fino ai camerieri e al personale delle pulizie: tutti si sono dimostrati costantemente sorridenti, cortesi e pronti ad assistere gli ospiti con grande professionalità. In sintesi, il Meliá Grand Hermitage offre un'esperienza a cinque stelle reale e un all-inclusive di livello superiore. È la scelta ideale per chi desidera staccare la spina e godersi una vacanza senza pensieri. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente!”

“We had the opportunity to spend our holiday at Meliá Grand Hermitage in Golden Sands and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is large, well maintained and offers plenty of activities. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also a big advantage, as the hotel is close to the beach and the promenade. The food was definitely one of the biggest advantages. There was a really large selection and everyone could find something they liked. There were many different dishes, salads, fruits, desserts, snacks and drinks. There was always plenty of food available and even during a longer stay it was easy to choose something different every day. The swimming pools, bars, entertainment and evening shows were also great. The hotel beach is close and easy to reach on foot. The main downside for us was the sea itself. There are a lot of stones in the water, especially when entering the sea, so I would recommend bringing water shoes. For people who prefer a sandy beach and a comfortable entrance into the water, this can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel offers a huge variety of food, plenty of activities and everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would happily come back again.”
