“Byłam z mężem w tym hotelu 3 raz, poprzednio kilka lat temu. Niestety tym razem zawiodłam się bardzo. Hotel nie remontowany, ani nie odświeżany od lat. Leżak na leżaku, tłok w basenie. Drinki takie sobie, bez szału. Jedzenia dosyć, można znaleźć coś dla siebie, choć codziennie to samo. Pokoje stare, wykładziny obleśne - lata użytkowania zrobiły swoje. No i pogryzły mnie pluskwy... Myślałam, że tylko mnie, ale okazało się, że kilka innych osób też. To akurat jest niedopuszczalne. Nie wrócę już do Melii, choć uwielbiałam ten hotel...”

“Неймовірно гарний готельний комплекс який забезпечив наш літній родинний відпочинок на Золотому березі. Номери просторі та затишні, облаштовані всім необхідним, як і має бути в готелі 5 зірок: зручними та м'якими білосніжними постілями та рушниками, халатами та капцями, індивідуальними гігієнічними наборами, феном, кавомашиною, електрочайником, мінібаром, який поповнювали кожен день. Все було пречудово в номерах, єдиним неприємним моментом стало те, що ми при бронюванні просили два суміжні сімейні або просто сусідні номери,бо в нас двоє дітей, хоча і не дуже маленьких, але все ж таки дітей, а при поселенні нас розмістили у два різні протилежні крила готелю одне напроти одного, пояснюючи це високою завантаженністю, і ніякі наші вмовляння ні до чого не призвели Ну і пляж готелю, начебто власний, майже недоступний більшості гостей, які люблять на відпочинку трохи поспати, а не бігти о 7 ранку займати шезлонги. А якщо ви цього не зробите, то відпочивати на березі моря вам прийдеться на пісочку(, тому що шезлонгів катастрофічно не вистачає на всіх відпочивальників, а також пляж спокійно можуть відвідувати сторонні люди. З недоліків, мабуть, це все Хочеться особливо відмітити команду аніматорів яка робила яскравим та несхожмм на інший кожен наш день, починаючи з ранку до пізнього вечора: аквааеробіка, змагання, конкурси, пінні дискотеки, циркові та театральні вистави, вогняні, світлові, танцювальні та аквашоу вражали нашу уяву та викликали бурю позитивних емоцій! А жива музика кожного дня була просто бальзамом для душі! Але найбільша цінність цього закладу - це персонал: прибиральники, офіціанти, бармени, барісти та всі хто створював цю якісну атмосферу відпочинку, завжди люб'язний, готовий допомогти, якщо треба, пояснити, показати. Окрема подяка кухорям за надсмачнющу та найрізноманітніші їжу та офіціантам, які миттєво все прибирали та накривали для нових відвідувачів. Ми відпочивали за категорією Level, тому ніяких проблем з місцями, про які тут часто пишуть, в нас ніде не було. Ще хочетьс відмітити можливість вечеряти кожного дня в ресторанах А-ля-карт, яких тут аж 3: італійської, болгарської та американської кухні із зовсім іншими цікавими та автентичнимм блюдами. Тут є потужна дитяча анімація, а ще неймовірний мотузковий парк, який не підкоряється іноді навіть дорослим. Отже ми впевнено можемо сказати, що залюбки б повернулися сюди ще неодноразово.”

“I love it , The Best hotel i was at in my life . I lived The pool , The food , The cakes . However , my bed was kinda small compared to my grandparents bed which was a 5 person bed . But i still loved it . It was great”

“The hotel needs significant improvements to deserve a 5-star rating. The food was disappointing — the same limited range every day, mostly tasteless, with dry desserts poorly presented in a corner. The bread wasn’t fresh, and there was little to no selection of traditional Bulgarian dishes. The hotel itself is very large, but the atmosphere around the pool was unpleasant, with music that was far too loud. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was one of the few positives. However, the beach and surrounding areas were overcrowded, taking away any sense of relaxation or charm. The entertainment area looked neglected — a small stage surrounded by chairs in a smelly space. The drinks were cheap and undrinkable, and both the beach and entertainment bars looked unattractive and poorly maintained. One of the slides was closed, which was disappointing. Overall, there are many far nicer places to visit for the same price. I would not return.”

“We are disappointed with the hotel. We expected much more from a 5 star hotel. The room and bathroom were huge, but the stale smell and the dirty furniture are downright repulsive. The restaurant does not have good ventilation and all the clothes after dinner smell like cooking. The glasses and cutlery look unhygienic. The taste of the food is not good at all. The products are cheap and do not create the feeling of a luxury hotel. Water in mini bar: 330 ml- 6 lv 😡 in UAI hotel.... The parking policy is very wrong- you have to leave the room to get your car out... In three words - choose another hotel in Golden Sands!”

“Гарний готель, хороше розташування) хотіла зняти зірочку , бо розраховувала на трішки краще харчування, але розумію що вкінці сезону можливо не настільки все різноманітно, як повинно було б бути в готелі рівня мережі Мелія. Але точно всього достатньо, морепродукти та інше Дуже чисто і акуратно, без жодних нюансів, проте мабуть дизайн потрібно вже оновити Заселили одразу по прибуттю в готель, за що окреме дякую ❤️ Загалом все дуже сподобалось, враження залишились чудові!”

“I liked the tradional decor in the rooms but the location…. It shows on the beach but it’s really far and you literally have to travel to go to the beach. It’s very inconvenient to just go and grab something from your room. The food is really boring, nothing special and it’s extremely crowded but it’s clean. I wish they served only breakfast and dinner instead of 3 meals a day! It’s too exhausting for the staff too. That is why the quality of the food is low…. The service is impeccable, trying their best but there is always some rude people ☺️ that’s my overview. I don’t think I will come here again, because of the food….”

“We stayed at Melia Grand Hermitage with our 7-month-old baby and had a very nice experience. The hotel is large and elegant, located close to the beach, with spacious and clean rooms. Our room was comfortable, with a balcony and everything we needed for a family stay. The all-inclusive food selection was varied and tasty, with plenty of options at every meal. To our surprise, the hotel also provided baby jars for our little one, which was a huge plus and made our stay much easier. The pool area is big and well-maintained, with enough sunbeds, though it can get crowded in peak hours. The beach is only a short walk away. The entertainment team did a good job keeping guests engaged, especially families with kids. Service was generally friendly, although sometimes a bit slow due to the high number of guests. Still, staff were helpful whenever we had a request. One tip: if you prefer more peace and quiet, consider booking the Level option – it comes with access to a private lounge and a calmer atmosphere. Pros: • Family-friendly facilities • Baby food jars available (very thoughtful!) • Spacious, clean rooms • Good location near the beach • Varied food and drinks Cons: • Can feel crowded in high season • Service occasionally slow • You must pay for parcking • The hotel is not on the beach but close enough and has a private guest sun beds with aa beach bar (but not so many options there ) Overall: Melia Grand Hermitage is a great choice for families, especially if traveling with a baby. The fact that our 7-month-old was well taken care of with suitable food made a big difference. We would definitely return.”

“Velký krásný hotel nedaleko od pláže, moc pěkné pokoje, za příplatek s přímým výhledem na moře. Terasa. Skvělé služby, výborné jídlo, skvělý personál. Pohodlné postele, klimatizace, v noci klid. Slunečníky a pohodlná lehátka na pláži, plážový bar, vyměnitelné plážové osušky. U bazénu bar, nápoje, pizza, hamburgery, zmrzlina. Byli jsme moc spokojeni a rádi se vrátíme.”

“Séjour début septembre 2025 L'hôtel est très grand. L'accueil à l'arrivée à été très expéditif. Oubli de donner la carte pour les serviettes de piscine. Aucun plan ne vous est donné, et l'hôtel étant un vrai labyrinthe, c'est très compliqué de se repérer dans l'hôtel au début. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, salle de bain très grande avec douche et bain. Malheureusement, le ménage est fait à la va vite. J'ai surpris le personnel nettoyant des chambres faisant le ménage en train de regarder des vidéos sur leur portable dans une main, tout en faisant le lit avec l'autre main. Ce n'est pas très professionnel et laisse à désirer sur la qualité du ménage. Les plats du restaurant principal sont simples mais bon. Il y a du choix, mais revient très régulièrement. Le personnel de service en salle n'est pas professionnel du tout. Ils traînent des pieds, mettent beaucoup de temps à redresser les tables et sont nonchalants. Les têtes des distributeurs de boisson sont nettoyés à chaque service avec des produits nettoyants mais du coup, les boissons ont un goût de produit d'entretien. Certains clients (souvent des personnes âgées) ne sont pas éduqués et poussent les gens et enfants aux stands, notamment aux glaces. Beaucoup de places pour les transats, dû à une période en baisse de fréquentation. Les piscines sont biens. Des toboggans amusants et très bien surveillés par les maîtres nageurs, ce qui est un plus. Attention, prenez des crèmes anti piqûres pour les moustiques, car on est beaucoup attaqué. 2 parcours d'accro branche assez amusant. Un parc arboré qui amène fraîcheur et redit le bétonnage. Certains vacanciers sont sales. Ils laissent leurs déjections dans les toilettes, sans tirer la chasse d'eau, ne ferment pas leurs portes quand ils sont aux toilettes, ... Golden Sands est une villégiature commerciale. Que des hôtels et une rue commerçante et de divertissement longeant la plage. Je pense que c'est le meilleur hôtel de Golden Sands car il est plus verdoyant que les autres qui sont plus bétonnés.”

“Hotel Melia...jak ho popsat. Hotel by potřeboval menší rekonstrukci, rozhodně není tak luxusní jako na fotkách ale to by nevadilo. Za hodně špatné považuji výtahy -na tak obrovský komplex 4 výtahy z čehož půlka neustále nefungovala a pokud si zaplatíte dovolenou za 40 000 a máte šlapat třeba do 6 patra není to úplně příjemná záležitost.Hotel neodpovídá 5ti hvězdičkam spíš tak lepší 4*** najdete zde určitě lepší a čistší hotely. Každopádně jako asi všude a vždy vše je o lidech. Jsou lidé slušní, milý ale potkáte zde i pěkná prasata. Za nás nejhorší pláž. Lehátko čert vem klidně si lehneme na písek, který ovšem nebude plný odpadků,vajglu, zátek od piva a nakonec se budete bát do čeho slapnete. Vedení hotelu, který inkasuje nemalé peníze,by si mohl uklidit i za hotelem. Pod hotelem se valí odpadky, okousané kukuřice, plechovky... nevypadá to vůbec pěkně. Zkráceně do Bulharska se ještě moc rádi podíváme ovšem do hotelu Melia Grand Hermitage ani omylem. Znovu opakuji, že vše je chyba vedení protože číšníci, kuchaři,bariste byli milý a fakt makali.”
