“A very good hotel. Every staff member lovely easy to communicate with & genuinely helpful. Security on hotel every night is a good thing. Fantastic location. Pool is brilliant could be a bit cleaner but it is very big and a lot of people using it. I am vegetarian and the food at dinner was not good. I usually went down to dinner and had some ice cream and fruit & then I would get take out. Even the vegetable soup had meat stock in it. I feel there is a lot more options they could offer that even meat eaters would like as the pasta was not very nice atall. We will return but just won’t book half board as plenty places near by that cater for my diet but also annoying when you do book half board. Coffee machines not active at dinner I love a coffee after dinner or tea & I think that should be an option instead of having to buy one. Immaculate rooms BIG, thank you to the housekeeping, patient , thorough friendly. Beds not very comfy, but I requested extra pillows and was given them easily. Shower good. It can be noisy if in a pool front room, but it didn’t bother us we liked the hustle and bustle, and liked a pool front room. Good pool entertainment. Suitable for all ages. It’s not luxury but it’s a decent hotel and we had an absolutely amazing holiday absolutely brilliant. Thank you!”See hotel

“En general la pasamos muy bien con mi familia, Mi niña de 6 años disfruto mucho las actividades y la piscina, los chic@s que cuidan a los niños hacen muy buena labor, tienen muy buena llegada con los niños. En general, muy buena atención de todo el staff, muy amables desde los housekeeping hasta recepción, salvavidas, etc. La comida estaba muy bien, Eduardo en el comedor muy destacable con la atención y cercanía con la gente. La ubicación muy cerca de la playa todo muy bien. Lo único que el sofa cama en la habitación era algo incómodo para dormir, mi esposa y yo despertamos con dolor de espalda los últimos días. Nada más allá. Muy buena experiencia en general. Gracias a todos. Overall, my family and I had a great time. My 6-year-old daughter really enjoyed the activities and the pool; the staff looking after the children do a fantastic job and really connect well with the kids. In general, the service from the entire staff was excellent—everyone was very friendly, from housekeeping to reception, the lifeguards, and so on. The food was very good; Eduardo in the dining area stood out for his attentive and personable service. The location, very close to the beach, was excellent. The only downside was that the sofa bed in the room was somewhat uncomfortable to sleep on; my wife and I woke up with back pain during the last few days. “Great location and fantastic stay! Booking a room with a balcony overlooking the harbour is well worth it—we spent hours with a glass in hand, watching the small sailing boats and cruise liners come and go. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but it was excellent: a huge buffet selection that the staff kept constantly stocked, fresh, and spotless. The location is unbeatable—an easy 10-minute walk to plenty of local restaurants and bars, 20 minutes to the Old Town, and about 25 minutes to the Cathedral. Highly recommend!”See hotel
