“Estuve con mi pareja y puedo confirmar que ha sido una estancia fantástica de principio a fin. El hotel está cuidado al detalle, con habitaciones bonitas, cómodas y con personalidad. La comida muy buena también. Y ubicado en un lugar único de Mallorca. Pero, sin duda, lo que marca la diferencia son las personas. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Lucía y Ab, de recepción, y a Carlos, Yago y Sofía, del restaurante, por su cercanía, ilusión y excelente servicio. Al final, son las personas las que convierten una estancia en un recuerdo especial, y aquí se nota el compromiso de todo el equipo por hacer las cosas bien. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo por crear una experiencia tan cuidada. Nos vamos encantados y con muchas ganas de volver. “We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Mim Mallorca and honestly cannot fault our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful, and you could really tell that they genuinely cared about making our stay special. The staff truly went above and beyond for us, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was honestly amazing. As they knew I was staying to celebrate my birthday, they surprised us when we arrived with champagne, a lovely card and fresh fruit, which was such a beautiful touch. On my actual birthday, they went above and beyond again and left another bottle of champagne, a cake and another birthday card in our room. They also helped my boyfriend organise a birthday surprise for me, including ordering flowers for him to give me, and even set up my birthday gifts beautifully in the room while we were out. These little details made my birthday and our whole trip feel so much more special. One thing that really touched us was the attention to detail from the staff. One morning at breakfast, Lourdes greeted us and said hello using both of our names. We were genuinely surprised and thought it was such a lovely personal touch, especially because she had remembered our names from the previous day when she had served us at the bar. It may seem like something small, but moments like that really made us feel welcomed and remembered as guests. They didn’t just go above and beyond while we were at the hotel either. They even sent us an email with recommendations of things we could do while in Mallorca, along with a map showing different places to visit. What made this even more special was that the recommendations were from places they had personally tried themselves, or that their close family and friends had experienced, so we knew the recommendations were genuine and trustworthy. It was such a thoughtful thing to do and really helped us make the most of our time in Mallorca. The staff were always ready to help with anything, no matter how small. One time I accidentally got locked out of our room while my boyfriend was in the shower, so I went down to reception and they gave me a new key straightaway without any fuss. Another time, while I was doing my makeup on the balcony, something accidentally fell onto the balcony of the room next door. I called reception and they spoke to the guests in the other room and helped retrieve it for me straight away. It might sound like small things, but the fact that they were always so quick and willing to help really stood out to us. The breakfast was also amazing, with so much variety and plenty of choice. Our bedroom was beautiful, aesthetic and exactly the kind of place you want to stay in when you’re away on holiday. We genuinely have no complaints about our stay. The staff made our experience so much better and made us feel so welcomed and looked after from beginning to end. We will most definitely be returning to Hotel Mim Mallorca in the future. A very special shoutout to AB, Lucia, Lourdes, Maria Ortiz and Marcelo Caballero. We didn’t catch everyone’s names during our stay, but every member of staff we interacted with was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond, making my birthday so special and making our stay in Mallorca so memorable. We really appreciate everything you did for us! ❤️”

“Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem und aufmerksamem Servicepersonal. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Lucia und Ab. Ihre Tipps zum Erkunden der Insel waren wirklich Gold wert! 🌴 Schon bei unserer Anreise haben die beiden unseren Ärger über den Mietwagenanbieter am Flughafen mit so viel Herzlichkeit und guter Laune aufgefangen, dass aus unserem Frust innerhalb kürzester Zeit echte Urlaubsfreude wurde. Genau solche Mitarbeiter machen den Unterschied und bleiben in Erinnerung. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die herzliche Betreuung – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”
