“Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue realmente muy agradable. Viajamos en pareja y desde el primer momento destacamos la atención y el servicio, que fueron impecables durante toda nuestra estancia. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuidada, algo que valoramos especialmente. También contratamos el desayuno y fue todo un acierto: había bastante variedad y todos los productos que probamos estaban muy buenos y bien preparados. En general, ha sido una experiencia muy positiva, con un ambiente agradable y un personal atento y profesional. Sin duda, es un hotel que recomendamos y al que volveríamos en futuras ocasiones.”

“Hotel estupendo, situado en una zona agradable, perfecta para disfrutar de Mallorca y desconectar. Pero si algo hace especial a este hotel es su personal. Destacando Damián, uno de los cocineros del desayuno, siempre pendiente y de trato muy cercano. Y también a todos los camareros que eran muy amables. Y por supuesto, gracias a Lucia, de recepción, que es un encanto, siempre amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Además, nos recomendó varias excursiones y playas secretas donde tuvimos la suerte de encontrar muy poca gente. Gracias a ella pudimos descubrir rincones increíbles de Mallorca que no habríamos conocido por nuestra cuenta y nos fuimos enamorados de la isla. “We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, but a special thank you to Lweis, Lucia and Leila for going above and beyond and making us feel genuinely looked after. Their professionalism, warmth and attention to detail made such a difference. The service, atmosphere and overall experience were outstanding. “A lovely room with beautiful views and a cracking location. The breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the waitresses, Jazmin and Onela. A special mention to Lucy at the front desk, who was absolutely lovely and gave us some great local tips that made our holiday all the more enjoyable.
