“Cela fait quelques années que je passe à l'hôtel The Level at Melia Villaitana, toujours une belle expérience luxueuse. L'hôtel se trouve à quelques minutes de la sortie 652 de l'autoroute E-15, et la plage est à une une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Sur place il y a un parking sous-terrain, à réserver avec votre chambre sur le website de Melia Hotels. L'accueil à la réception The Level est comme toujours très agréable, le personnel est très sympa et à disposition. C'est un grand complexe, comme ce n'est pas ma première fois dans cet hôtel, je connais déjà le chemin pour trouver les chambres, mais la première fois ce n'est pas toujours évident, mais le personnel est à dispo si nécessaire. Comme Melia Rewards Platinum Member, on m'a offert le upgrade pour une junior suite, une chambre juste à côté de la piscine chauffée avec une énorme terrasse et vue sur le golf et le skyline de Benidorm. Le lit est, comme connu dans les Hôtels Melia, d'une qualité à rêver, il n'y a pas mieux Le bar "The Level" est toujours prévu de différentes boissons, avec ou sans alcool, et des petits amuse-bouches, adaptés selon l'heure de la journée. Vers 18h30 un apéro est offert dans un lieu spécifié. Pour ce qui concerne le restaurant, personnellement je trouve le repas du soir un peux "léger" pour un hôtel de ce niveau, par contre, le petit déjeuner est super, un buffet magnifique. le resto et sa terrasse sont magnifique, à bord de la piscine lagune et avec des vues magnifiques.
