“El hotel muy cómodo, tranquilo, y cogimos habitación con vistas al mar the level. Puntos a favor la ubicación, las vistas al mar, la tranquilidad y la comodidad. Puntos en contra, si tienes intolerancias, sobre todo si eres celíaca, la mayoría de personal no está cualificado en este tema, y desde mi punto de vista, es un tema serio e importante a mejorar. Destacar la atención y amabilidad de Sofía, ya que debido a las intolerancias estuvo muy pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada, y gracias a ella probamos un postre típico de Alicante a base de turrón.”See more reviews

“We paid extra for upgrade and it was well worth it! Beautiful hotel beautiful bedroom and the view! . Breakfast is delicious, coffee, fresh fruit. Great location, near beach. Great clean gym. Downside was cold pool, rooms are not cleaned or bedding changed, things went missing, not friendly workers…. Told to wait till 4 as that’s standard procedure but not told the truth that there was an issue with plumbing.. as others very allowed to check in early. Just be honest. Not giving nothing for free not even a water. No signs in elevator which floor is which or on walls…. Shocked how unfriendly Spanish people are towards others . Would definitely never visit again.”See more reviews

“Très bel hôtel. Très bien situé à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêts, restaurants , Marina, plage .chambre vue mer très confortable . Fin avril j’ai occupé la chambre 2117 j’ai pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit de la mer. Aucune rue ne passe côté mer. pas de nuisance sonore. .petit déjeuner extraordinaire dans une salle magnifique avec vue splendide. Personnel très professionnel. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel. “Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. An einigen Stellen fehlte es am Detail. Ich hätte schon erwartet, dass das Housekeeping überprüft, ob Body Lotion etc. leer sind und auch die weiteren Badartikel auffüllt. Unser Balkon war den ganzen Tag im Schatten und trotz Sonne konnten wir es da nicht aushalten, weil es zu kalt war. Insgesamt waren viele Engländer im Hotel. Diese haben The Level Lounge als All Inclusive Bereich genutzt und sich dort betrunken. Das hatte dann nichts mehr The Level.”See more reviews
