“Me and my family had a great time at Melia. I thoroughly enjoyed the activities such as yoga. Also the hospitality from the staff including Nhi during breakfast and Luân made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. “I had a wonderful stay at Melia Beach Resort recently. The room was beautiful, well-equipped, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The ocean view was absolutely stunning! What impressed me the most was the warm hospitality and friendly attitude of the reception team upon my arrival. A special thanks to Tam, Duc and Hung who were incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and welcoming throughout the check-in and check-out process. “Một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Melia Beach Resort Mình vừa có một kỳ nghỉ tại Melia Beach Resort và thật sự rất hài lòng. Ngay từ khi bước vào resort, cảm giác đầu tiên là không gian vô cùng yên bình, sạch sẽ và được chăm sóc rất kỹ. Khuôn viên phủ đầy cây xanh, hàng dừa, lối đi đẹp mắt, tạo cảm giác thư giãn đúng nghĩa. Phòng nghỉ rộng rãi, thiết kế hiện đại nhưng vẫn mang nét gần gũi, giường cực kỳ êm, vệ sinh sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Điều khiến mình ấn tượng nhất không chỉ là cảnh quan hay cơ sở vật chất mà còn là chất lượng dịch vụ. Đội ngũ nhân viên luôn niềm nở, lịch sự và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bất cứ khi nào cần. Đặc biệt, mình muốn gửi lời cảm ơn đến 4 bạn lễ tân Hùng, Tâm, Đức và Thức. Các bạn làm việc rất chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện, luôn nở nụ cười và hỗ trợ mình từ lúc check-in cho đến khi check-out một cách tận tình. Nhờ sự nhiệt tình và chu đáo của các bạn mà kỳ nghỉ của mình trở nên trọn vẹn và thoải mái hơn rất nhiều. Bữa sáng đa dạng, món ăn ngon, khu vực hồ bơi sạch đẹp, không gian rất thích hợp để nghỉ dưỡng cùng gia đình hoặc người yêu. Resort cũng có nhiều góc sống ảo đẹp và không khí cực kỳ thư giãn. Đây chắc chắn là một trong những resort đáng trải nghiệm nhất mà mình từng ở. Nếu có dịp quay lại, mình vẫn sẽ lựa chọn Melia Beach Resort và cũng hy vọng sẽ được gặp lại các bạn Hùng, Tâm, Đức và Thức với sự nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp như lần này. 10/10 cho chất lượng dịch vụ.
