“Acabamos de pasar una semana ahí (2 adultos y un niño de 9 años) y volveríamos sin dudarlo. Habíamos leído varias reseñas negativas pero nos fiamos más de las recomendaciones y fue un acierto total. Os dejo pros y contras a continuación. Pros: - Según entras por la puerta, te reciben en recepción con mucha amabilidad y resuelven cualquier duda que pueda haber a lo largo de tu estancia. Los camareros de todas las zonas del hotel, un encanto. El personal de limpieza, super amable. - creo que hay que recalcar la limpieza que hay, tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes porque es impecable. La zona de las piscinas en horario de apertura no siempre está bien pero es culpa del mal uso de algún incivilizado que está en ese espacio, no del personal de limpieza. - El buffet tiene una amplia variedad tanto en el desayuno, la comida y la cena (sí que los desayunos están quizás más pensados para los ingleses pero hay para todos los gustos). Cada noche hay un rinconcito con comida especial ( a nosotros nos tocaron: sushi, mejicano, croquetas, comida típica canaria,…) siempre hay dos carnes y dos pescados distintos en la zona de plancha, fruta fresca y postres variados. Si vas con todo incluido, las meriendas son más limitadas pero se puede hacer bocadillos, hamburguesas, perritos, hay fruta, algún lácteo… - Hay zona de auto lavandería, por si fuese necesario. - zona de parking cerca del hotel con plazas libres por las tardes (siempre completo hasta pasadas las 16h, por las mañanas ya es más cuestión de suerte) - hotel bien comunicado: según se sale por la puerta de la piscina ya estás en el paseo marítimo. Hay variedad de comercios a pocos minutos andando. - Este último pro lo tengo que poner en mayúsculas porque es sencillamente magnífico: EL EQUIPO DE ANIMACIÓN, es sublime. Tanto para niños como para adultos, no voy a nombrarlos porque seguro que me queda algún nombre olvidado y no le haría justicia pero son todos MARAVILLOSOS. Hacen de tu estancia en el hotel algo completamente distinto hasta el punto que mi hijo no quería salir del hotel porque se perdía el kids club. Contras: - las instalaciones necesitan una reforma y puesta a punto. - sólo hay un enchufe en toda la habitación (de lado de la televisión, “lejos” de la cama y otro en el baño. - al estar en una zona de ocio, el ruido nocturno es evidente pero en nuestro caso no limitó nuestro sueño. - es imposible conseguir tumbona hasta cerca de las 15:30 pero en la zona del bar, siempre hay sillas y mesas libres en ese horario para estar cerca de la piscina. Espero no haberme olvidado de nada pero en resumidas cuentas ha merecido la pena apostar por Sol Tenerife.”See more reviews

“Reading the reviews and experiencing the hotel I think the hotel does not deserve the low rated reviews. Yes it’s loud at night and they could do with some double glazing (bring earplugs) the staff and entertainment was great. They really go above and beyond for children, the food they changed every night, buffet style, and the staff polite. “We have recently come back from holiday from Sol Tenerife which has been one of our best ever holidays. There is nothing you could not ask for ! The room was immaculate and cleaned daily woth fresh towels daily even if not asked. It was my birthday whilst away and was left a lovely card and bottle of champagne from the hotel. The food had so much variety and great quality with chefs giving reccomendations and cooking freshly. The entertainment team and for us personally a special shout out to Daniel, Thomas and Noemi. Having worked with kids my whole life from teaching to parties and coaching. This is THE BEST entertainment team i have ever come across. Both my children are normally quite shy but they naturally gravitatide towards the entertainment team and lived their best lives and joined in activities just because they loved the team. They were professional, caring, energetic, enthusiastic and made every single guest feel so special. We actually want to go back again . “Estamos recién llegados del hotel Sol Tenerife, solo tenemos cosas buenas que decir de él, la gente súper amable la comida muy variada el personal de limpieza estupendo, a pie de playa en fin estupendo. No se adjudicaron una habitación que no nos gusta mucho e inmediatamente nos la cambiaron por otra los mejores vistas, recomendable total. Solo pondría un pequeño pero necesitaría una reforma pero vamos que yo he estado en él ahora y no está reformado y se puede estar perfectamente. Saludos para todos.”See more reviews
