“This has been an amazing first trip to Tenerife and we recommend to all especially families. The services were always available with helpful staff. The kids club and reps were amazing, they bought so much energy everyday and are fantastic with children of all ages. They truly made the holiday a memorable experience. The food selection was superb every day and the cakes are to die for. All of the support and maintenance staff ensure the hotel and grounds are clean throughout the day and this has by far been the cleanest hotel and holiday destination we have ever been too. Arona has our hearts. Will be coming back again in the future with more family. Thankyou for being apart of allowing us to make memories Sol Arona 🫶🌼”See more reviews

“Acabamos de terminar nuestra estancia y solo puedo decir que ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. El hotel, reabierto en febrero de 2026 tras una reforma integral, está completamente nuevo. Se nota en cada rincón: paredes impecables, instalaciones cuidadísimas y una sensación de limpieza y estreno que da muchísimo gusto. Viajábamos con una niña pequeña y tanto el parque infantil como los juguetes estaban en perfecto estado. Mención especial al equipo de animación, que es sencillamente espectacular. Consiguen que tanto niños como adultos participen y disfruten, siempre con una sonrisa, cercanía y muchísima profesionalidad. En especial, Lucía, que hizo que nuestra despedida fuera realmente entrañable. Personas así marcan la diferencia. También queremos agradecer el trabajo de Luz Gary, la persona encargada de la limpieza de nuestra planta (14). Además de dejar la habitación impecable cada día, tuvo detalles preciosos con nuestra hija que no olvidaremos. Esas pequeñas cosas convierten unas vacaciones en recuerdos para toda la vida. El equipo de cocina merece un sobresaliente. Es de los más profesionales que he visto en un hotel. La comida estaba buenísima, con un buffet muy variado y sorpresas diferentes cada día. Las pizzas elaboradas al momento delante de los clientes son un acierto total, y la mesa de postres... simplemente indescriptible. Si eres amante del dulce, prepárate porque es una auténtica locura. Todo el personal del comedor fue igual de atento, amable y eficiente durante toda la estancia. En realidad, no puedo destacar solo a unos pocos porque absolutamente todo el personal, sin excepción, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Da gusto ver un equipo tan implicado y con tan buen trato hacia los huéspedes. Ojalá ese excelente clima laboral se mantenga, porque es la clave de la atención tan extraordinaria que ofrecen. Otro detalle que nos sorprendió fue el gimnasio. Apenas lo anuncian porque no es muy grande, pero tiene máquinas y material suficiente para entrenar durante unos días. Además, cada día disponía de toallas y agua, algo que se agradece. Si tuviera que poner una única pega, sería la zona de piscina. Está muy limpia, las hamacas y todo el recinto se nota que se desinfectan y cuidan a diario, pero creo que la piscina se queda algo pequeña para el nivel de ocupación del hotel. A primera hora se produce una auténtica carrera para conseguir hamacas y, sobre todo, sombrillas. Aunque hay bastantes, resultan insuficientes, especialmente para quienes vamos con niños pequeños. Además, muchas personas las reservan desde primera hora y después pasan gran parte de la mañana sin utilizarlas, dejando a otras familias sin sombra. Creo que sería una mejora importante controlar esta situación. Por último, vuelvo a destacar al equipo de animación en la piscina. Las actividades que organizan están muy bien preparadas, consiguen implicar a todo el mundo y crean un ambiente fantástico. En definitiva, una experiencia de 10. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo y nos marchamos con la sensación de haber encontrado un hotel al que nos encantará volver. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestras vacaciones hayan sido tan especiales.”

If you have a young family and are looking for a hotel that offers fantastic entertainment and exceptional food, this is the perfect place to stay. There is always something to keep both children and adults entertained, making it a truly enjoyable holiday for the whole family. The food is outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was beautifully prepared by well trained Chefs, from the extensive breakfast selection to the delicious lunches and themed evening meals. The desserts was always plenty of choice, even for the fussiest eaters. I can't praise the hotel's representatives enough. They are genuinely outstanding—always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with a smile. Their hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail made our holiday even more special and created an unforgettable experience. We have never returned to a hotel before but we wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing family holiday.”See more reviews
