“me and my boyfriend are currently sat on our balcony listening to live music on our last night, we have really enjoyed our stay at sol arona, henry at reception checked us in and got us a room straight away which we appreciated he will even have a laugh and joke with you, Álvaro who’s the entertainment really made our holiday better, he’s always smiling and encouraging people to get involved you can tell he really enjoys his job and we love to see that. the rooms are reallt nice and spacious, the beds are comfy shower is nice & we even managed to figure out the aircon, the whole interior of the hotel is so lovely, we never found it difficult to find a sunbed & the pool bar staff was happy. overall it was a nice positive environment. our downfalls to the holiday is the food, we paid for the all inclusive but ended up eating breakfast & dinner at other places as we didn’t really enjoy it, the times we did stay in the hotel for food we had chips and that was all. and the other downfall was the fire alarm going off at 1 in the morning due to someone smoking in there room. other than the food we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family as we really really enjoyed it, we will be back but not all inclusive.”See more reviews

“Had a great stay staff OK some of them were rude food not everyone's cup of tea but OK room service was very good hotel management arrived on last day and breached there own health and safety policy as there is not ment to drink in glass by the pool as tokens are given for plastic cups so wot right dose it give him and the people who come with him to sit and drink out of a glass in an plastic cup area practice wot you preach plus he was very arrogant”See more reviews

“We recently stayed at Sol Arona in Tenerife on an all-inclusive basis and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which set the tone for what proved to be a very enjoyable holiday. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and throughout our stay the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Both the cleaners and hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always happy to help with any requests. One of the biggest highlights was the food. As all-inclusive guests, we found the quality and variety to be well above our expectations. Every meal offered plenty of choice, and the standard of the food was excellent throughout our stay. The poolside drinks were also very good, with a decent selection available throughout the day. The poolside snacks were enjoyable, although this is one area where there is some room for improvement, particularly in terms of variety. That said, they were still of a good standard and certainly did not detract from our overall experience. If there was one other suggestion for improvement, it would be to add a few more umbrellas around the pool area, as shaded spots could be difficult to find during the busiest parts of the day. Overall, Sol Arona exceeded our expectations and provided excellent value for money. The friendly staff, high-quality food, and welcoming atmosphere made for a memorable holiday. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to others visiting Tenerife and would happily return in the future.”See more reviews
