“The hotel is very clean and modern, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good variety of food, the beach is a short walk from the hotel. Check out is at 12, but we paid for late checkout, which was easily sorted out by with the help of amazing reception staff. Thanks for lovely holiday”See more reviews

“Stayed for 5 nights all inclusive. Overall a really good hotel and for what you pay I struggle to find a real complaint. We arrived around 11 in the morning, weren’t able to check in which is completely understandable. Were able to change into swimwear and put our bags in one of the storage rooms to enjoy the pool while we waited. Pool area has plenty of loungers. However we went out of school time so I can imagine it will get more busy in the summer. Pool was okay probably small for the size of the hotel but nice cool water and no overall complaints. Rooms were absolutely lovely we were on the 11th floor facing the car park so had a view of the beach, harbour, los christianos town and the mountains. Beds were comfy. Balcony a good size and somewhere to dry clothes. Shower and bathroom also really nice. Plenty of storage for clothes as had 2 sets of draws and 2 areas to hang clothes. Small safe and fridge also in room as well as kettle and tea station. Pool bar was great; all inclusive need a token you get a cup and then san Miguel on tap, sangria and wine as well as soft drinks. Food from 11-6 I believe just your basic stuff like burgers and hotdogs with chips. Can get toasties and pastries and stuff like that also. Bar in the lobby was lovely, went during the start of World Cup so had that showing most if not all matches. Good drinks also and always smiley and lovely bar staff. Restaurant, breakfast was the same most days. Cold meats, bread, then hot things like sausages eggs etc, also a section for yogurt and cereal and stuff like that. Plenty of seats for the amount of time it’s open and never short of food as they keep it topped up. Only had lunch one day, had steaks and fresh cooked meats and fish, stuff like stew meatballs pasta etc. fresh pizza most days, salad and then puddings and soft serve ice cream where you could add sauces and toppings. Dinners changes must nights we weren’t there a lot but had a Chinese style night and English style night etc. I have absolutely no complaints it all tasted nice, plenty of space inside and outside to eat, food was always hot and sufficient options, clean and tidy, staff always welcoming and friendly, for a relatively low cost all inclusive the value is good for what you get. The only complaints we really had and this is us really thinking is that for most of our visit only 2 small lifts worked that you could just about fit 6 people in. Peak hours you’d have a wait as it’s 15 floors. Some days there were 3 lifts and those days were much much better. We just tended to avoid using them as soon as the entertainment ended or just before meal times as it got busy. The second complaint would be around checkout, we were allowed to stay until midday. However, the band gets cut when you checkout therefore you can’t access any food or drinks. Also had no specific area for changing minus one small changing room downstairs. If you have wanted a shower there was a small one in the toilets but it wasn’t the best. We just wish that when you checked out it didn’t feel as if that was it and they were done with you and you have access to nothing. Hotel is a great location 10 minutes from the beach 5 minutes from bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the market. Small supermarket also 2 minute walk if that from the hotel so super convenient. Overall it was a lovely holiday, we had a great time and would 100% recommend. Great for families or couples like us. Close to activity’s like Siam park and boat trips. Food good for value. Great location. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms and decor around the hotel.”See more reviews

“Hemos estado 6 días alojados en este hotel con toda la familia. Y he de decir que ha estado genial. Las habitaciones muy limpias. Teníamos todo incluido y tengo que decir que la comida estaba muy rica. El servicio espectacular. Especialmente dar las gracias a Fabián uno de los camareros del restaurante y al animador infantil Álvaro por el trabajo que hacen !!! Sin duda si volvemos a Tenerife repetiremos. We had the all-inclusive package, and I must say the food was delicious. The service was spectacular. “Me and my partner stayed here as a last minute getaway; we saw other hotels and thought we would choose this one as of how nice it looked online. I must say, the decor of the hotel is lovely; the rooms are to a very good standard and the main areas of the hotel are lovely. There are no weird smells or loud noises past 10.30pm. The food was nice, as a medium priced all inclusive it’s what you expect; breakfast is the same each day but lunch and dinner always changed minus the pool bar, but can order food from the bar as well. Plenty of food even going 45 minutes before closing times. We did eat out a few times but that was by choice and not as of poor standards. Drinks where okay, it was a help yourself area with fizzy drinks, wine and also coffee and then you can also order drinks at the pool bar but be careful as some of the cocktails will absolutely blow your head off after 3 of them… Staff and entertainment for kids during the days are great (From what I can see), night time entertainment is always on but can be very busy quite quick. Now the hotel itself, unfortunately the hotel is an absolute eyesore from looking at it on the outside; it could really do with a coat of white paint rather than the stone look as it looks really outdated. The pool, we did not have any difficulty getting a sun lounger as it simply wasn’t busy enough in the mornings (9am); however, in peak months I can imagine the pool area being absolutely chaotic with how small it is, please add more umbrellas aswell as there is next to no shade if you have no umbrella; we had a group of school students use the pool on 2 days of our trip and the pool became crowded very quickly with around 30/40 people in it (Especially when they where doing backflips and diving in every few seconds) and became really overstimulating for myself so I had to get out, so it does need potentially looking into for peak months and the lifeguard situation needs to be addressed better in these types of situations as it ruined 2 chill/pool days for us. The lifts…these where an absolute nightmare, we where on the 11th floor so used the lift pretty much everyday but only 2 of them worked out of the 4 leaving long ques as they only fitted 6 people in at a push but felt very costraphobic. Location was great as it’s 10 minutes from the beach and local pubs/bars; also has a free shuttle to Siam Park etc outside, which was a bonus. Maintenance are always doing things to the hotel which is understandable as it is freshly renovated but it’s also a bit of a headache having to dodge fresh paint and bits of slate over pathing areas etc etc; not noisy though which is a bonus! Overall, really nice hotel but can be tweaked a bit more to be almost the perfect stay for a family; please be aware that this hotel is not a quiet hotel during the day and evenings as it is only small and seems to be over crowded at times. Update added - After checking out (Baring in mind we still have a pick up until 5pm), we’ve checked out at 12pm and had our wrist bands cut off so we now have to buy food and drinks from the hotel even though we have spent £1,200~ for all inclusive and now have no drinks or food for the remaining 5 hours of our stay; which may not be a lot but it does add up after paying for a few fizzy drinks and also lunch…really disappointed with this bit of service. 3.5/5* would recommend for a quick and easy get away but don’t expect anything perfect; as much as we had a nice time, we’d much rather spend that extra for a bigger and nicer hotel; might just be us getting old but it’s too overcrowded.”
