“Probably, one of the best patatas bravas in town. Service, was very slow, i dont blame on that to the young lady, she was alone in the terrace bar area , but i had to wait at least 30+ minutes to get my drinks and food order, and when i ask for the bill, the young lady forgot 2 times to bring it as she was so busy, i had to go myself to the till and ask someone else.”See more reviews

“Juanma fue nuestro camarero, un chico aparentemente serio al principio, pero muy amable y simpático. Vinimos un grupo de amigos a comer. Fuimos sobre las 14:00 h y nos dijeron que no tenían mesa para 8 y que teníamos que volver a las 15:15 h. Cuando llegamos, la mesa que nos habían indicado todavía estaba ocupada, pero Juanma nos habilitó un par de mesas juntas y, por suerte, no tuvimos que esperar demasiado. La comida no suele ser el punto fuerte de los chiringuitos de playa, pero la verdad es que este nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Estaba todo muy rico, buen ambiente y muy buen servicio. “Nuestro más sincero agradecimiento Llegamos a vuestro hotel casi por casualidad. Veníamos de otro hotel, con muchas ganas de que terminaran las vacaciones porque no estábamos bien. Fuimos a tomar algo al vuestro y, sinceramente, ya no nos quisimos ir. Lucas nos facilitó absolutamente todo y, a partir de ese momento, empezamos a disfrutar de las vacaciones y a dejarnos cuidar por un equipo maravilloso. Todos, sin excepción, habéis estado pendientes de que estuviéramos bien: desde recepción, el restaurante y su maravilloso chef, Marc, siempre tan atento y pendiente de que mis hijas estuvieran bien atendidas, hasta todo el personal de la piscina, Agostina, María.. también Paola, Lucía, Claudia… y todos los que, de una manera u otra, habéis contribuido a que nos sintiéramos tan bien. Hemos disfrutado de una amplia habitación para los cinco con vistas al mar y, además, hemos podido venir con nuestra perrita, Trini, mimada con tantos detalles y por todos los empleados del hotel. Hemos podido disfrutar también de un entrenador personal, kayak y bicicletas para toda la familia. Habéis cuidado cada pequeño detalle para que pudiéramos disfrutar de la estancia al máximo. Unas vacaciones que inicialmente queríamos que terminaran, acabamos alargándolas un día más. Mis hijas se han sentido como en casa, acogidas y cuidadas por cada uno de vosotros. Y eso, para nosotros, no tiene precio. El hotel es precioso y su ubicación es estratégica, imbatible. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia —y que no se encuentra tan fácilmente ni siquiera en hoteles de cinco estrellas— es la educación, la empatía, la cercanía y, sobre todo, la predisposición de todos para ayudar a los clientes y hacerles las vacaciones más fáciles. El verdadero lujo de este hotel es su equipo. Y esto es también un éxito de quien lo lidera. Nuestro más sincero agradecimiento por estos días.
