“Right on beach”

“We had the best time ever (me and my child) as the hotel room was directly facing the beautiful beach and so close to it. We walked out of the pool to the beach and intended it to be a staycation. However we found a gorgeous Torre d'en Galmes stone Circle nearby by taxi and loved it. The beach itself was clean and it was sunny and bright in end of October. There was a cute Halloween face painting too on 31 October complimentary by the hotel. The person conducting the entertainment and bingo games in the evening was very kind and nice too. The room was good with balcony, tv, wi fi and hot water bath, toilet and bidet. Service was lovely inspite of language differences. The only problem was food. We are Vegan as we are against animal exploitation and violence. It was truly sad to see hardly anything vegan except for some plant milk for coffee and some fruit in breakfast. Even the breads might not clearly be vegan due to additives although the staff claimed some bread was vegan. Nearby supermarket said even baguettes or breads are not vegan and we survived entirely on some vegan palmiers, bananas, juice and crisps purchased from the shop nearby. Only one restaurant nearby had a vegan pizza and burger and ran out of it by 7pm. I wonder why they don't serve vegan food. We had brought our own vegan shampoo and bath products. Truly if people are nice they should be sensitive towards animals and be vegan friendly. It's just basic kindness. We feel extremely sad to see that people kill and eat poor innocent animals constantly and harm health and planet too with hardly any vegetable fibre or compassion. It's not human nature to be cruel. Therefore I will suggest the hotel go plant based in food and use vegan toiletries that can be used by all visitors. Other hotels in rest of Europe had vegan shampoo and soaps as well as a good vegan menu.”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very friendly welcome and could not do enough for you. The variety of food was outstanding and of a high standard. Looked forward to evening meal every night. All employed at the hotel provided excellent service and with a smile. Would definitely like to return to the wonderful sol milanos pinguinos. Thankyou. 👍”

Y sus compañeros siempre estuvieron al pendiente de mis alergias la verdad es que no puedo quejarme de nada solo dar las gracias por las atenciones recibidas a toda la gente maravillosa que trabaja en el hotel son un gran equipo tienen mis respetos mil gracias por todo volveremos”

“Un hotel enorme, son dos edificios, tiene varios ascensores, para la época no están masificados, trato adecuado del personal muy majos todos. Con vistas espectaculares al mar, con salida a la playa desde la piscina, un maravilla, tiene eventos en diferentes horarios ya que cuentan con animadores. La piscina es preciosa y bastante grande (son 2), gimnasio muy bien montado, con lo necesario. La recepción, el restaurante y el bar queda en uno de los edificios, con lo cual si estás en pingüino debes salir y pasar al otro, pero nada que nose pueda, las comidas muy ricas y variado, tiene muchas cosas ya que son muchos huéspedes. El agua es gratis, las bebidas no están incluidas, pero se llenaban botellas de agua y al parecer se podía, ya que tienen varios dispensadores. Las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas pero no en mal estado, para descansar están bien, lo único que si está regular es la ducha, pues el agua nosé regula fácil y su chorro es un poco flojo. Pero esto no quita que esté estupenda la estancia aquí, ya que volvería 100% porque además la isla es hermosa.”

“Excelente hotel. El gran diferenciador es la amabilidad de los empleados! Fuimos con 2 niños (7 y 5 años), y en dos días ya preferían quedarse con los animadores Ruth, Ana y Edu que con nosotros :) Luego está Rocío con energía infinita para organizar los eventos deportivos, y Leonor en la barra sirviendo con una sonrisa y amabilidad... Un 10 todo!!!”

“La ubicación es buena, aunque al rededor hay poca cosa. El hotel está a pie de playa, las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares. Cuando llegamos tuvimos un trato un poco feo en recepción ( El chico debía de tener un mal día, o está muy quemado) Nos trataba como si fuéramos tontos. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma integral ( el grifo de la bañera q no es monomando no había manera de controlar el agua caliente) la comida buena y con gran surtido, los camareros Iván y Samuel muy simpáticos y amables, la limpieza de la habitación buena. Los animadores muyy flojos”

“No es un hotel moderno, pero tiene elementos de buena calidad. La atención es muy buena, son muy amables. Se puede ver el atardecer y tiene una linda playa.”

“Hemos cambiado nuestra reserva en el Hotel Seth Port Ciudadela, perdiendo los billetes de avión con Volotea y no nos arrepentimos. 1.-El hotel está mucho más céntrico para visitar el resto de la isla. 2.-Esta situado al lado de la playa más larga de Menorca. 3.- El personal nos resultó encantador, pero haremos un especial para nuestro querido y amigo Marino, no tenemos palabras para expresar todas las cualidades que lo adornan, nos ha dejado huella y esperamos que nos venga a ver al norte del norte, VIVEIRO (Lugo). 4.- Rocío, el spinninig nos resultó muy divertido gracias a ti, eres un amor. 5.- Jorge, tus cócteles fueron fantásticos. Nos volveremos a ver en breve, ya que nos quedó mucha isla por explorar.”

“Sehr großes Hotel welches in 2 Komplexe geteilt ist. Ich wohnte für 14 Tage in der 8 Etage im Haupthaus und dann auch noch auf der praktisch "richtigen" Seite des Hotels mit einem traumhaften Blick über die gesamte langläufige Bucht. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren traumhaft. Während der Nacht stand die Balkontür offen und man konnte das hören der Wellen genießen. Am morgen nach dem erwachen der wundervolle Blick direkt vom Bett aus direkt an den Strand bzw die Bucht,himmlisch schön. Die Zimmer selbst ganz sicher nicht auf dem neuesten Stand nein (eher so 80/90 Jahre) ABER sauber und absolut ausreichend. Ein Kühlschrank und für den, der es braucht auch ein TV. Auch der Balkon ist super. Der Speisesaal erinnert auf jeden Fall an eine frühere Mitropa oder bzw Mensa mit ordentlicher Geräuschkulisse. Das Essen ist immer frisch und wird an den Theken auch direkt frisch zubereitet. Es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ob Fleischesser, Vegetarier etc.und das Essen schmeckt sogar sehr gut. Das einzige was etwas schade war und was irgendwie auch fehlte war, dass niemand vom Rezeptionspersonal deutsch sprach. Das war aber, zumindest für mich der einzige Punkt. Ansonsten wirklich ein toller Urlaub an dem das Hotel einen sehr großen Anteil hat. Von mir in Noten gesehen auf jeden Fall eine 1.”

“Overall great experience, the hotel has excellent facilities and plenty of food on offer at breakfast. The location is perfect for a stroll into the local resort shops/restaurants and very close to the beach. There is everything here for either a couple or family.”

“Hotel położony przy pięknej plaży, bardzo urozmaicone śniadania, przemiły, wyrozumiały personel.Mieliśmy pokój na 10 piętrze z pięknym widokiem na morze, pokoje były codziennie sprzątane. Polecam serdecznie!!”

“Perfect location and great value for money. The hotel is only around 20 minutes from the airport (we paid €30 taxi to hotel), right on the beach front, and a supermarket and several restaurants are a few minutes walk away. The hotel has a large swimming pool, with shade and sunbeds as required. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy, with very efficient room cleaning every morning. We had a couple of minor issues in our room (blown light bulb and a small issue with the shower) – both issues dealt with within minutes – and the reception staff, and bar staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. We stayed for 4 nights – each evening there was different entertainment from 9.30pm. Every act was superb – highly professional and top quality. Probably the best hotel entertainment we have seen. The only criticism we had was the quality of food at breakfast (for dinner we ate out at the various restaurants nearby). Overall highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.”
