“Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Sol Guadalupe in Magaluf. Das Zimmer im 8. Stock hatte seitlichen Meerblick und einen angenehmen Balkon, war zudem mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Als Meliá Gold Mitglied wurden wir zudem mit einer handgeschriebenen Karte und einer Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer empfangen, was uns wirklich sehr gefreut hat! Die Auswahl war sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen reichlich und qualitativ angemessen. Persönlich erschien mir der Service bei den Mahlzeiten etwas unorganisiert, was sich an längeren Wartezeiten widerspiegelte - aber das war wirklich völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal an der Rezeption war spitze und hatte sowohl tief in der Nacht bei Anreise als auch bei anderen Anliegen tagsüber immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir wurden gar auf WhatsApp am zweiten Tag proaktiv angeschrieben, es wurde sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und ob man uns noch irgendwie helfen könne - das halte ich bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie für alles andere als selbstverständlich; vielen Dank an Alonso für diesen Service! Ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass es laut im Hotel war. Wer ruhiger sonnen möchte, kann an den etwas kleineren Pool wechseln oder auf die erste Etage und bekommt vom Trubel am Hauptpool wenig mit. Die Lage im Zentrum von Magaluf hat den Vorteil, dass man viel zu Fuß im Ort erkunden kann, gleichzeitig ist die Bushaltestelle für Fahrten nach Palma, zum Flughafen und nach Santa Ponça nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir können das Hotel, insb. vor dem Hinblick des Preises, empfehlen und werden das Hotel sicher erneut wählen!”See more reviews

“We stayed at Sol Guadalupe for 9 nights and overall had a very nice holiday. The hotel is well located, close to the beach and in a lively area with plenty to do nearby. The food was also good and we enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with our room at the beginning, which caused some inconvenience, but the staff were friendly and helpful in dealing with it. A special thank you to Alonso, who personally followed up on our case and helped us reach a satisfactory solution, including compensation through MeliáRewards. We really appreciated his professionalism, patience and involvement. Despite the initial issue, we left with a positive impression and good memories of our stay.”See more reviews

“Great location, short walk to beach and shops / restaurants. Set at the quiet end of Magaluf, no noise or trouble. Nice pool with sun / shade and plenty of loungers. Very helpful staff on reception and superb room cleaners. Wonderful restaurant with vast choice for both breakfast and dinner. Rooms okay with fridge, tv, safe and storage.
