“Great 4 day break with my daughter. Staff pleasant and friendly and hotel great location for walking to the bars and shops, beach etc, room very clean, well equipped and had a view overlooking the pool. The pool area is great. Good size and there is a children's pool. The pool has a life guard which was a bonus. Friendly hotel bar selling snacks and a good range of beers, spirits. Reasonably priced too. Plenty of sunbed although I suspect in summer it eould be much busier (we went September) and had no issues even later in in the day. Would definitely return as had a fab break. Thought for what we got was value for money.”

“Je voulais partager mon expérience mitigé. En arrivant à l'hôtel on découvre un accueil très moderne joliment décoré mais ça s'arrête ici le reste est vraiment basique on voit où le budget a été mis! Pour la chambre malheureusement grosse déception nous étions en face des machines qui fesait un boucan d'enfer nuit et jour impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres a cause de ce vacarme et impossible de fermer les yeux de la nuit!! Donc pour des vacances reposantes c'est loupé vraiment pas cool! La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne fermait pas un peu embêtant... Pour la restauration je ne recommande pas on a testé le burger viande angus vraiment pas bon et les jus de fruit industriels. Meme le café est mauvais. Autrement je voulais payer un point positif nous avons eu un bon accueil lors de notre arrivé et personnel polie. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance pour notre chambre.”See more reviews

“Ich habe über das Melia System gebucht, da ich bereits Silver Status im Melia Rewards-Programm habe. Vor der Anreise hatte ich per E-Mail darum gebeten, kein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zu erhalten. Bei der Ankunft teilte mir der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption leider mit: „Ich habe eine schlechte Nachricht -Ihr Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.“ Es handelte sich um Zimmer 108. Noch in der Nacht schrieb ich eine Nachricht an die Rezeption mit der Bitte, uns am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer zu verlegen, aus mehreren Gründen. Ich möchte dem Team ausdrücklich für die schnelle Reaktion danken: Bereits am nächsten Morgen konnten wir in Zimmer 501 umziehen-ganz oben, geräumig, hell und wirklich angenehm. Alles war perfekt! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Beim Umzug habe ich meine Pyjama-Shorts und ein Top im alten Zimmer vergessen (wahrscheinlich unter dem Kopfkissen oder im Bad). Leider wurden diese nicht mehr gefunden, offenbar haben sie jemandem im Reinigungsteam gefallen. 😉 Zum Zimmer selbst: Natürlich ist es nicht ganz neu, und insbesondere das Schloss an der Eingangstür sollte überarbeitet werden. Die Bettqualität war dagegen sehr gut- ein großes Matraz (nicht zwei zusammengeschobene Matratzen). Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die große Terrasse, ideal zum Sonnenbaden und um abends den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden, kleine Details kann man verbessern, aber der Service war freundlich und bemüht.”See more reviews
