“Es un buen hotel, habitaciones muy limpias, un lugar histórico, desayuno excesivamente delicioso y muy variado. En el séptimo piso hay un área dónde también brilla la gastronomía con una vista espectacular de la ciudad. La ubicación es uno de sus atractivos, es muy accesible. Cada día te sorprenden llevando un postre especial del chef y te obsequian objetos de gran valor histórico.”

“Lo visité con un grupo de amigas que después de una comida fuimos a tomar algo en su cafetería. La decoración preciosa, una cúpula espectacular, una tranquilidad ideal para disfrutar de una buena conversación y una tarde muy agradable. A destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal que nos atendió. Da gusto encontrar gente tan servicial y que te sirvan con una sonrisa y una amabilidad que nos impresionó gratamente. Un sitio ideal para tomar algo con buena compañía”

“Esta tarde de Reyes estuvimos en el hotel tras la cabalgata . El momento era intenso por la intensidad del momento ya que se llenó rápidamente el salón. Quiero resaltar la empatía , atención y buen trabajo de Juan que logró hacer una experiencia entrañable y eficiente nuestra estancia en el salón de cenas y cócteles . Y la experiencia creo que fue similar con todas las mesas de alrededor . Mi enhorabuena al Gran Hotel Fénix por contar con personas tan eficaces y profesionales como Juan por transformar un momento tenso en una grata experiencia, Bravo!!”
