“We stayed here for three nights before making our way to San Sebastian. It was a lovely stay and we were extremely grateful for the AC during the heatwave. Service was friendly and warm too. The room was a good size and came with Rituals toiletries. The hotel is well situated near the river with the Guggenheim nearby. It was also nice to run along the river in the morning. There is also a mall opposite which came in handy when we needed to buy some things from the supermarket. If we're ever back in Bilbao, we will definitely stay here again.”See more reviews

“Todo muy cuidado, las habitaciones muy grandes y muy cómodas. Hay gimnasio y piscina pequeñita en una terraza. Tienes opción de coger una zona exclusiva en la planta 10 y opción The Level donde hay una sala con comida y bebida casi todo el día, muy recomendable para recomponerse entre horas. Una pena no haber podido aprovechar más el hotel, ya que estuvimos casi todo el tiempo fuera por turismo.”See more reviews
