Nasz pobyt w The Level at Meliá Barcelona Sky był naprawdę świetnym doświadczeniem i zdecydowanie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek.
Od samego początku czuliśmy różnicę, jaką daje The Level. Bardzo dobra obsługa, komfortowa atmosfera, świetny lounge, dobre śniadania oraz przestronny i wygodny apartament sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć i cieszyć się pobytem w Barcelonie. Podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi i również pod tym względem czuliśmy się tutaj bardzo komfortowo.
Jednak największe słowa uznania należą się Antonio z recepcji The Level. To zdecydowanie jedna z tych osób, które potrafią zmienić zwykły pobyt w hotelu w wyjątkowe doświadczenie.
Antonio był niezwykle sympatyczny, profesjonalny i pomocny. Niezależnie od tego, z jaką sprawą czy pytaniem do niego przychodziliśmy, zawsze starał się znaleźć rozwiązanie. Mieliśmy wręcz wrażenie, że dla Antonio nie ma rzeczy niemożliwych. Wszystko załatwiał z uśmiechem, spokojem i ogromną życzliwością. Nigdy nie dawał odczuć, że o coś prosimy czy sprawiamy problem — wręcz przeciwnie, naprawdę czuliśmy, że zależy mu na tym, aby nasz pobyt był jak najlepszy.
Właśnie tak powinna wyglądać obsługa gościa w hotelu klasy premium. Można mieć piękny hotel, świetny pokój i dobre udogodnienia, ale ostatecznie to ludzie tworzą atmosferę miejsca. Antonio jest najlepszym przykładem osoby, dzięki której chce się do hotelu wrócić.
Bardzo podobała nam się również koncepcja The Level. Lounge jest świetnym miejscem na chwilę odpoczynku w ciągu dnia, możliwość skorzystania z napojów i przekąsek jest bardzo wygodna, a całość daje poczucie bardziej indywidualnego i spokojnego pobytu.
Po kilku dniach spędzonych w Barcelonie możemy powiedzieć jedno: The Level at Meliá Barcelona Sky był bardzo dobrym wyborem dla naszej rodziny i z przyjemnością tutaj wrócimy.
Dziękujemy całemu zespołowi The Level za wspaniały pobyt, a szczególne podziękowania dla Antonio za wyjątkową opiekę, życzliwość i profesjonalizm.

“I recently stayed at The Level at Meliá Barcelona Sky and had an amazing experience. A special thank you to Maria, Victor, and Leticia, who went completely above and beyond to ensure I had a high-quality breakfast that accommodated my severe allergies and dietary needs. Five stars to all of them for their incredible hospitality!
My 29th-floor room was beautiful, offering a stunning view of the city including a clear sight of the Sagrada Família straight from my window. The room features a massive, comfortable bed, double sinks, and a huge walk-in shower with a separate toilet. It has a modern, open-plan layout; the only closed doors are for the toilet and shower, and a window by the sink looks directly into the bedroom area.
Booking a "Level" room was completely worth it. It granted access to a private lounge with drinks and food served throughout the day. Again, the staff were exceptionally accommodating with my dietary restrictions, even preparing specialized, custom dishes just for me.
The amenities are excellent. The cute pool area features an outdoor bar and sits on the same floor as a well-equipped gym.
Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated. It is within easy walking distance of the Design Museum, a local market, and Nova Mar Bella Beach. Excellent public transport links are also nearby, making it incredibly easy to explore Barcelona's famous landmarks.”

Top-Zimmer: Zimmer in den oberen Etagen mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick über Barcelona.
The Level Lounge: Ein absolutes Highlight! Es gibt den ganzen Tag über kostenlosen Kaffee, Softdrinks, Drinks/Spirituosen und Snacks. Die Qualität der Speisen und Häppchen ist wirklich mega und extrem hochwertig (von feinen Sandwiches über Schinken-Melone bis hin zu Käseplatten und Gebäck).
Hotel & Entspannung:
Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt nach einem Tag in der Stadt perfekt zum Entspannen ein.
Lage:
Die Lage ist angenehm und nicht so überlaufen. In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 2 km – zu Fuß braucht man gemütliche 30–40 Minuten, mit dem Taxi ist man in nur ca. 8 Minuten mitten im Zentrum. Zudem ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit vielen tollen Shops direkt in der Nähe.
Fazit & Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis:
Wir waren zuvor in einem anderen Hotel mit vergleichbarer Qualität direkt im Zentrum, haben dort aber das Doppelte bezahlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Meliá Sky Level ist unschlagbar. Beim nächsten Barcelona-Trip würden wir ohne zu zögern sofort wieder das Meliá Sky Level buchen!”
